my reaction to thinking my new doctor said I should consider inpatient treatment

#my mind blanked after she said I needed a more aggressive form of therapy #and I heard her say inpatient treatment #and I was going to vomit and throw myself out the window tbh #but she said outpatient treatment #THANK FUCK #I thought I was going on a grippy sock vacation 😭#either way #my meds got upped and new ones added #and I have to go to an outpatient center to meet with some people to see if it’s a good fit for me 🤪#will be spending half days there if they decide 🥲#anyways #this is good I guess??#I mean it could’ve gone worse #but #didn’t go the way I wanted #mmm #personal #recovery is hard

I’m officially back around the weight I was when I spiraled. It’s so weird to me. Cause even though I’m technically at my “heaviest” again, I’ve also never been more active and clean??? I hike/trail run with my dog multiple times throughout the week. 3-6 MILES EACH TIME!!! My acid reflux prevents me from eating red meat, fast food, spicy food, etc. So like why am I still heavy??? I know it’s all my meds, my doctor did warn me weight gain was a side effect. BUT I HATE THIS. I feel so gross at this weight, and I’m literally the most active and clean I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. ugh. Idk what to do. It’s all so confusing. I need my meds but like…..at what cost????
