I'm rereading legacy and I'm at the part where Sophie's inflicting gets reset and Keefe is there to monitor her emotions and Fitz is there to monitor her conscious. Anyways, this made me think of the question of choosing between what your brain wants vs what your heart wants and I cannot get over the analogy that Fitz is her brain and Keefe is her heart. Like it makes so much sense when it comes to their abilities, and her feelings for Fitz have always seemed very driven by her physical attraction to him which seems to be more in her mind while her feelings for Keefe have always been more deep and emotional driven which is more in her heart.
