collection of useful things tumblr has taught me:

even if you can't fall asleep, laying down with your eyes closed will still rest your body

you don't have to brush your teeth standing up

you don't have to do any chore standing up, from dishes to showering

you don't have to shower with the lights on

if you can't brush your teeth, flossing and a tongue scraper gets rid of plaque and bad breath

if you can't do that, mouthwash kills a lot of bacteria

eating "unhealthy" food is better than eating no food

you can make the same meal everyday for however long you still want it

some pills come in syrups or chewables if you can't swallow them

kids nutritional shakes can be a quick way to get fuel if you can't eat/don't have time

if walking hurts/exhausts you on a regular basis, canes and rollers are for you, no matter how young you are

we have free will—if doing something "out of the ordinary" makes life easier for you, do it

I’m bored so here’s some facts about my fractures, or ocs, as a more commonly known word.

Ash & Star are the youngest, and are inseparable. Ash is more loud and outdoorsy—naturally since they’re a wolf hybrid—and Star is more curious—since she’s a fallen star that just recently has gotten earth.

Xambia and Xyna are enemies(since they’re opposites and made to be that way) but even tho Xambia is the eviler part, he still shows compassion a lot and is more expressive then Xyna.

Xy doesn’t mind Ghostna too much and actually treats her wonderfully and loves her like a grandma(since she is old enough to be one)

Ghostna never had children when she was alive, but she watched her sibling’s children a lot.

Discord storytime!

soo, basically, i have a friend on discord that i met by using the throw bot(which is a bot that throws random stuff at the user of choice), and our friendship started as a funny little bit where three of us were in a 'love triangle' because we all threw engagment rings at each other.

The other user wasn't on often so we didn't become to good of friends, but this friend of mine, we'd just throw stuff at each other in this server.

Eventually, we got to that level where we'd use the throw bot and throw stuff at each other while having literal conversations. We'd be talking about our life while throwing the most absurd things at each other(anything from a black hole, to depression, to a chair)

We do this on an almost daily basis.
