Thinking about how long Juheon had to hold Dohu like that before trying to figure out how to carry him out of that building.

I can just see Dohu drunkenly babbling at him. How he would have placed himself in Juheon's lap, before wrapping his legs around the other's waist and clinging to him like a koala. What else would he have whispered to Juheon about? Had be buried his face in Juheon's neck and kissed that spot? Had he grabbed Juheon's face and smiled at him silly?

Did Juheon stay there longer? Clinging to him just as much, because just this once, i'll let it go, the words uttered not towards Dohu but himself. Because just this once, he wants to stop lying to himself.

i genuinely don't think eddie gets jealous. at least not in a way people want him to (in the way buck does). i think more often what happens is that eddie looks at buck's love interests and gets Super Fucking Annoyed because none of them are treating buck right. why do none of them know how to treat buck right? it's like. innate to eddie. so why is it so fucking difficult for them? are they STUPID? like you guys don't Deserve buck. eddie would treat buck Right. amateurs. and then well. eddie simply does not look any closer at any of this or what it means. he's Normal <3

All he has is the drive of photos, the little gifts and memories. The latter he doesn't even know if he could trust.

Remembered this and what if, instead of Juheon playing dumb about not knowing Dohu, we get Dohu actually not remembering Juheon.

He has a drive of photos and little gifts, but it's like looking at a stranger. He doesn't know why this person occupies a space in his life. Dohu just knows he means something. What he means is still a mystery.

And every night, he'll hover the cursor over deleting the whole folder but he never does. There's a pit in his stomach, his hands shaking, and he doesn't understand.

The thought of never seeing this person, even in just photos, scares him.

So, they remain.

Then one morning, the guy's face is everywhere.

The name pains him, but it's a pain more bearable than losing the few things he has of him.

this is just probably a pet peeve of mine but I’ve seen people say neil haunts the narrative and especially with tgr now being part of the canon it’s like. well, no, he’s just a character who was relevant to the plot and his impact is still felt. i’d argue it’s nathaniel who haunts the narrative. the one who was one the run and the one who was supposed to die before the end of the year. but if you really wanted to know who I think haunts the narrative (and really there’s no exact definition for what this phrase even means), it would be kevin would it not? the person who stirs so many others to life and action. but actually. actually isn’t it jean who haunts narrative? jean whose death was quite literally guaranteed in most drafts and who would die in kevin and neil’s brief memory alone. except the person who haunts the narrative would have to be riko. his pain and misery too large for the small box he was trapped in and we don’t even really spare him a sympathetic glance. or could it be kayleigh day whose story ended before anyone else’s did but the wretched and beautiful sport she created continues in relentless perpetuity
