Trust in God’s timing.
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11
In life, things may not always go according to plan, and in all honesty it may lead you to depression or even questioning your value or existence. Sometimes you feel as, “if I fail this…what’s the point of it.” “I don’t want this, am I being selfish?” These are questions I’ve been asking myself recently, ever since I’ve arrived to a country I never had intent on going to. I had a dream, a vision, and I wanted to stay in the home I know. But you, pressure makes diamonds. The lord puts us through tests, and depending how we do, we either become stronger or weaker. I won’t shy from saying that I’ve weaken myself greatly, but now in this time of being lost and simply asking the lord “what’s my purpose” has made me realize the things I truly want to do in this life, and appreciate all the things I’ve had. Coming here, has made me realize my destiny, and although I’m very much can’t make it on my own, I know that the lord shall give me his strength and fulfill the dreams I have 2 Corinthians 9-10. Expect the unexpected, for you never know what the lord will have for you in the end.
