Let’s try to unpack this, because there are several points in Nazarah’s explanation that are important to detect to help understand how it comes across as insincere to me:

How did he manipulate her, by giving her “REAL good RP”, or by denying that he was a neo-nazi? Okay, he denied it to all of us, too. But he did not deny being an anti-Semite. If anything, he’s been nothing but open about it in forms as simple as his avatars that were used in both Naz’s guild shivtr and Discord, and in forms as loud as all of his replies over Tumblr.
So if she wasn’t manipulated, then she just wasn’t offended by it as much as the people who had complained about it to her before this, since she must’ve gotten a thicker skin from ED?
“Hagen was in the guild for literally like a week and was super low lv… I shut down and couldn’t even open Tumblr cause I didn’t even know what to do”; “I would love to see any of you get put in my situation and find a way out”
She could’ve immediately kicked Hagen from her guild. She could’ve immediately kicked Myrostian, his good friend, from the guild, too. She said she was manipulated by Myro, that he denied being a neo-nazi, despite his still openly anti-Semitic rhetoric, but so did Hagen. They echo the exact same rhetoric. So why does it sound like she was immediately able to recognize Hagen for what he was, but not Myro?
“I shouldn’t have got drunk and said nasty shit.”
Then I have to applaud her, because she’s fairly punctual and coherent for being raving drunk. Does alcohol normally let her call people who inconvenience her “fags” and “kikes”?
“I did need guidance I was so fucking overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do.”
So she sought it in people who’re openly vile for reasons that harmed her guild in the first place?
“The final post you linked was literally the first thing I posted when I was informed about the tumblr post.”
First thing she posted on her blog, perhaps. But my reply was posted on July 22, 2018 (which was also the date Naz deactivated her first blog), and she was provided with screenshots (of not just the Deviantart, but Myrostian’s own rpfind.me page), as early as two weeks before, on the 6th (no later than the 8th), which she should’ve seen when she replied below it.
“Aside from the runes there was the Macedonian sun flag which I still don’t see how it is nazi… was there some other propaganda I am missing?”
How about the blatant Swastikas in the corners of the first image?
“The first SS you sent me I was shown ages ago and asked Myro if it was his account”; “I don’t RP with him anymore and haven’t for ages”
This all took place nearly the same time last year. That’s not “ages”.
“That has always been my guild policy and is the policy of many other guilds.”
So what happens if someone’s political affiliation or philosophy conflicts with another’s sexual preference, race, gender, etc? That leaves a loophole for neo-nazis, eugenicists, and anti-Semites, doesn’t it? But she’s even said that she won’t screen people for that.
So either she lied in her guild policy and doesn’t shelter her members regardless of their political affiliation or philosophy, or she actually does. So long as they’re respectful IC and out (in what, just text messages?), they could still translate their hateful symbols and philosophies through rp like Myrostian did.

She supports and have even attended the marches of a group who have a very specific target for very specific reasons, but she doesn’t know how to identify that target? She doesn’t try to do research on how to identify that target? She doesn’t know what a swastika, that target’s most obvious and popular symbol of identification, looks like when it’s placed in the corners or taken apart to form the SS on a helmet in Myro’s images?

Then why is she advertising her new guild without being upfront about the type of people she’s willing to protect for rp, so long as they don’t inconvenience her?
Sadly, everything else around and in between sounds less like “I’m sorry for what I did, I was wrong”, and more like, “I’m sorry I faced the consequences for what I did.”
“The 3rd (link) I had openly admitted was wrong of me. That was AFTER everyone shit on me. I was hammered and really upset and went off. I apologized.”; “I didn’t want to lose all the hard work I had done.”; “You people were my life… I know I fucked up okay.”
