My design for AT CAP 11, a Pokemon with transformation like Meloetta.

Wu-Hsien, the Celebration Pokemon, in its Serpent Forme (Fairy/Dragon) and Lion Forme (Fairy/Steel) respectively. It utilizes these two formes and to dance between the transformations defensively.

It's transformation move is Prosperity Wish, which is a Fairy type move with 75 BP and a 10% chance to sleep the opponent.

Based on dragon dances and lion dances.
