Yana-Bot is a Discord bot made by the mods, Bella, Cassi, and Rosellia! She's a collectable card bot who spawns art by Yana Toboso. She has over 1.1k unique cards that can spawn, with:

Yana's server has been unreachable since last night at 1 am. We are looking into it but i am unfortunately. Employed. So I do have other work to do that i actually get paid for (sorrows).
Despite this she is occasionally reconnecting and then failing again. In the event that she spawns a card and no one appears to have collected. You can check who collected by their cooldown!

We have a fairly small update for you all today! With 142 new cards, with 72 being KURO and 69 being TWST (nice.). Today is also the start of our April Fools day event. Expect to see some wacky cards around. Or Horses.

-Added a /jail feature to PLAYERS (cosmetic only)

This is our first project! Not a single one of us had any experience in coding prior to yana-bot! (Though our current coder did flunk out of an .html class in high-school :D)!
There are a lot of things we would change, we had a rough go of it for the first few months of testing. One day we will discuss all the ins and outs of it but for some generalizations:
-Inventories: spent several weeks trying to get the inventories to save. Everytime the bot would shut off people lost all their cards. This eventually stressed out our head mod so much it sent her to the hospital (SORRY BELLA <3333)
-card links: there are currently 3 different image links for each card. A google drive link that allows you to click in the /inventory, a discord image link that is used for /gallery, and a jailed version of the image (in discord as well). If I were to go back I probably would have never added the drive links, but it feels wrong to take it away now!
-reuse logic: this is something that will be changed over time, but currently the code is INSANELY long because in my early days of coding I thought you had to rewrite the code for every section. We have SO MANY versions of the back and next buttons!! This is my biggest project to tackle. And I fear it.
What inspired yall to make the cooldown for the bot 1hr?

Good question^ ^what inspired us to make an hour was to simply, give everyone a fair shot at collecting cards and not have it be so chaotic.
Her cool down back in the ye old testing days (July 2025) was about 10-15 minutes. And after seeing people camp or channel hop to collect anything they could, we decided the most fair thing would be to make it an hour:))) also, it’s less stressful that way, some of us have medical reasons to not endure super high energy things anymore:(((
Yana took inspo from a few bots, the concept of Poketwo, a bot that spawns random Pokemon when you speak, and Mudae, a force spawn bot that you can collect anyone from any franchise. Like Mudae though, you can only claim once every 1 or 3 hours (depending if you have premium Mudae or not). Mudae gives everyone a fair shot:))) Which is what we wanted from Yana!!!
But nevertheless, we just hope everyone can have a chance to enjoy her and collect as many cards as they can!

For the last couple of days Yana bot hasn’t periods where it doesn’t work at all. Like it won’t let us do anything with the bot. I thought I was just with my server but it was in multiple servers. What’s the issue with this 😭
Hi there! Thank you for the ask!
Unfortunately the server Yana is hosted on had a serious issue the other day and it had to be fully restarted. Thankfully no data was lost but she has developed this peculiar habit of shutting down at exactly 5:00 am gmt. Which is exactly when the bot owners are sleeping, tonight we will apply a hot fix to hopefully circumvent this.
However, if you notice the bot is off or are having issues we have a new support server! On this server you can expect:
-announcements of when the bot is down on purpose and when the bot is down on accident
-sneak peaks into future updates
-help (via the modmail bot)
What you cannot expect from this server:
-talking. We didn't want to have to actually moderate another server. So no one is allowed to talk.

We do hope to open submissions for server partners so you can use yanabot to your heart's desire if you don't know of any good servers, but we will need some time since we are all. unfortunately. employed.

We have a HUGEEE update for you guys!!! Here is the quickest list I can possibly manage:
-Added cards from all of black butler season two
-Added cards from black butler chapters 127-210 (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SPOILERS BLOCKED.)
-Added cards volume 1-4 of heartslabyul
-Changed content blocks to ALLOW content in channels
-Changed the way the bot handles blocked content
-New command /fulldeck lets you see all cards, minus the ultra rares. Those are a surprise :>
-View other user's galleries

We have added a total of 675 cards:
- 488 Black Butler cards, and 186 Twisted Wonderland cards (I. am so sorry.... black butler is available in great scans.... I gotta pay more money for digital TWST volumes...)
- 268 are rares, 367 are Super Rares, 34 are Super Super Rares, and 4 are Ultra Rares.
-246 of those are Spoiler cards (Chapters 126+), 88 of those are Non-Canon (Season 2)
What wasn't added:
-Season 2 OVAs, I gotta watch them
-Other TWST volumes, I gotta buy them
-Episodes 5-8 of TWST Anime, Every scene is too pretty... I get overwhelmed...
Content Blocks:
In /manage, administrators will find that you can ALLOW specific channels for Spoiler and Non-Canon. This will allow cards of those type to be spawned and VIEWED in specific channels.
We also changed it so when you view a blocked card the name and image are replaced (THE FISH. IS A PLACEHOLDER...)
/FULLDECK:
Full Deck is our new command that allows you to see all cards in the deck that aren't ultra rare, it will show you which ones you own, content will NOT be blocked when using this. So if seeing claude's ugly mug makes you want to puke. Use carefully. Spoilers are opt in, and will ALSO not respect content blocks. So be cautious of the people around you.

It has come to our attention that 31CielP027 is NOT Yana Toboso art. We do not want to use fan art as collectable cards in our bot so it will be removed and replaced with another card instead. If you have that card in your inventory it will be replaced with the (official) 31Sebas029 which is the art the fan art was made to match. If you already have 31Sebas029 you will be given the replacement image for it. I have added all images below the cut!
In other news we have a MASSIVE update coming on saturday, expect a ton of new cards, some quality of life features, the start of the valentines event, and! the cooldown will be lowered to 25 minutes for the birthday of one of our bot owners.

Hello all!!! Happy new years!!! This is our first update of 2026 and it’s certainly an exciting one!!!
SOMETHING WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE!!! Us Yana-Bot Devs are looking to continue to expand Yana and her servers (did you know we are almost at 200 individual servers for Yana?!?!). Unfortunately not every server is immediately created with Yana-Bot installed (sorrows.) and our main Yana-Bot server is 18+ and therefore it can be difficult to find a place to collect cards. But fear not! We are looking to partner with some servers to help combat this!!! We want people of all ages to be able to experience and enjoy Yana-Bot afterall!!! So if you're a server owner looking to partner with Yana-Bot look out for a post in the next week!!!
(We will NOT be partnering with any proship or adult x child server. Do not ask.)

-This command will allow you to add out fun new emojis to cards that will show up in your inventory and gallery! We have 293 options with most (if not all) your favorites in both Kuroshitsuji and Twisted Wonderland. (THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU HANA FOR EDITING THE EMOJIS FOR US)

-Tired of accidentally collecting kelvins when you just want to know how long you have left? We were too!!!
Gallery update: We have changed up the gallery!
-Status: You can now change the status (fave, offer, jail) of your cards in your gallery
-Jail: Jailing a card now visually changes the card in your gallery (use switch view to view the original card)
New Cards:
-We have officially begun adding cards from the anime and manga of twisted wonderland! We have made it past the FIRST HALF. OF EPISODE ONE. (this has taken us. truly so long. why are all the scenes so pretty O_O) as well as volume 2. REJOICE!
Spawn Changes:
-We were officially sick of the same cards appearing again and so we added a change to the code that allows the bot to count how often a card is spawned. It will prioritize cards with lower spawn counts!!
What to Expect In The Future:
TWST Update: Expect more cards rolling out slowly.
Valentines Day: The week of valentines day (the 8th through the 14th) valentines cards will be 12% more likely to spawn. This also lines up with the birthday of one of our devs! So expect cooldowns to be lowered to 25 minutes again like they were this weekend.
Spoiler Update: Cards after chapter 126 of Black Butler will be added. Spoiler cards are blocked by default on all servers. Use /manage to access them!
Non-Canon Update: The Yanabot team will. brave season 2. for you all.
Gallery: One day I will successfully add a way to look at other user's gallery without somehow destroying the bot. (Girl Help. The testing bot is ON FIRE.)
Favoriting: We are looking for a way to add a fun flair to favorited cards like we did for jailed, but its hard to find an idea that works for all cards of all sizes and franchises. (Kinda weird to do a heart border on Madame Red dying bro.... well... maybe it isn't...)

Starting today we have begun the Christmas event! Christmas related cards now have a 20% (higher) chance of spawning until new years day!
With the winter season in full swing I would like to start out with apologizing for any possible downtime the bot may have. The winter storms are already bad here and Yana is hosted on a home server with no generator. We haven't noticed any major outages recently but she has been known to turn off when our power goes out. If any issues arise from this please feel free to contact us at this page or on our discord server linked below.
Updates:
220 new cards (one day I will be free from season 1 rewatches for this bot.)
UR Pity has been raised from 40 to 60 (sorry. But we noticed most people who use the bot regularly had all the URs. Or at least. The Kuro ones)
Event spawns have been lowered from 35% chance of spawn to 20%, because the event goes on for longer than the Halloween one did. If we notice things aren't spawning we will up it again.
I promise we did fun things too!!!! Like. Uh. Play 134 hours of R.E.P.O.....

Hello, I’m a server owner/admin. And I think it would be very interesting if server owners could do Spawn Parties and Rollback. Even if it was just once a week, or even just once a month. This would really help the server members to engage with YanaBot, with each other and with the server itself. I hope you will consider my suggestion. Thank you so much for your time! Kind regards,

Our first ask!
First off, thank you for the suggestion. Yana-Bot strives to make the best experience for everyone, however we will not be doing this at this time for a couple of reasons:
1- Yana-Bot strives to spark more conversation rather than collect more cards. She is different from other collection bots like gachapon or mudae which allow users to spawn cards manually. Yana-Bot's intentions are to get people talking and to stay talking.
2- That's a lot of work. We would have to track who has permissions, when they last used them, where they used them, etc. And on top of that, the spawn card command that currently exists allows our owners to spawn SPECIFIC cards, meaning we would have to rewrite the whole shebang.
3- Spawn parties are a huge draw of the official Yana-Bot server, Funtom's TeaHouse (https://discord.gg/E89EutuBx)

Hello everyone, I have some news to share. Some good, some... alright.
Yanabot has been added to 95 servers, for those with 0 knowledge of Discord Bots like we once were at 75 servers discord demands you verify your app.
Good news: Yanabot is now verified. Discord prommys we aren't stealing your data and selling it to the lowest bidder (highest bidder?? well. that's a different story*).
Bad news, they hate our vibes and !command swag. For those not into the hip lingo- Okay I'll stop. Basically discord doesn't want Yanabot to be able to read your messages (therefore notice when you are using a !command) We did not get approved for message content intents and they demanded we change our tactics. And as a privacy connoisseur myself, I can see the concern. So instead of crashing out and sobbing Yanabot's owners have decided to move over to slash commands (in between crashing out and sobbing).
Now, when explaining this to her coworkers, our main programmer was unaware of how.... different.... it is to code prefix commands versus slash commands. So she brushed off their concerns about her health and safety. Boy, did discord show her :D.
In the coming days you may notice massive changes to yanabot. we are working on it. If discord takes away her message content intents before her slash commands are debugged try @ing her for commands or replying to her. We are doing our best and we are glad so many people are interested in our no longer little bot!
*For legal reasons that is a joke. Yanabot does not store let alone sell your data. The only "personal" information stored is your discordid (not username) which allows us to remember your inventories.

Hello everyone!!! In case you didn't read the Halloween update post this week was the birthday of one of Yana-Bot's creators!!! To celebrate we are turning the !collect cool down down from 1 hour to 25 minutes from now until the end of this weekend.
This will occur globally across every server and every player's cool down.
For those of you NOT in the know, Yana-Bot has an official discord server. On this server we will be hosting several "spawn parties" for the rest of the weekend.
Spawn parties are parties where one of the creators uses our special powers to spawn several characters. For this we roll everyone back so they have equal chance of grabbing.
If you are interested, join the discord server Here. You will need to verify you are over 18 by typing your birthday in the verify channel or by messaging our mod mail. After that get the Yana spawns role in the self-roles channel. You will be pinged for the spawn parties!!!!
