If you are afraid/can’t cope with death

Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. In death, the collection of atoms of which you are composed (a universe within the universe) are repurposed. Those atoms and that energy, which originated during the Big Bang, will always be around. Therefore, your “light,” that is, the essence of your energy — not to be confused with your actual consciousness — will continue to echo throughout space until the end of time.

Which means that it is scientifically proven that something may await us after death; maybe not God but we won’t just dissapear.

Self-confidence

Self-confidence is simple. Do you care what the fuck other people think about you, or don't you? This INCLUDES yourself. If you DO--well....that sucks. Because now you have shoes to fill. If you DON'T--well....hell yea! Now your job is easy, and all you have to do is make yourself and others happy :) Don't worry about questioning yourself--you are only doing it because you are being fair regarding the amount you question everyone else. This is a good thing. If you thought YOU were super awesome and everyone else was fucked, then you wouldn't be confident--you'd be a narcissist. Our confidence often manifests from our likelihood of questioning ourselves and others. So rock that shit!!

There comes a time where you MUST pick yourself over all of the people you deeply care about. Pick yourself because you value your time, love, energy and sanity. You’re the most important person in your life because no one else will take care of your mental and emotional well being like you can. Choose yourself first always.
