May not have to sell Aeris after all...
So my fiance pointed out an alternative to selling my minifee rin so that I can get the money for a new Laptop.
I have a ungodly amount of Yu-gi-Oh cards, all from the time of the original series. They are all in perfect or near perfect condition. When I was younger my dad had a friend who was into tabletop card games and when he found out about me loving Yu-Gi-Oh he spoiled me rotten with multiple box sets, full decks, and rare cards. I have at least 2 of each god card, and 3 sets of exodia, not to mention a ton of other high valued cards. But even if I sold every card at an average of $0.25 each , I would still make well over $1,500.
Once again it's something I have never really wanted to sell just because I've always treasured my card collection, but if it means keeping my Aeris then I will do it. Hopefully I can find somebody to buy them. I have to do a little research on the yugioh card market.
I know you're dead set on it, but DO NOT buy an Alienware laptop. They are pieces of shit. Save yourself a ton of money and build a PC or try a company like Lenovo. Lenovo laptops are usually pretty hefty machines for an affordable price point. All you'll have to do is replace the video card and BAM-- excellent laptop for half the price.
A PC isn't an option. I need a laptop because it’s travel friendly. I’ve never heard of Lenovo but now that I’v really done my research I find myself in love with the Y50. Much better performance then the Alienwear counterpart, a i7 core compared to the i5, and a ips display, and it’s more up to date then the other model I was looking at. By far the better choice. Thank you for the advice. :)
I can't decide.
I love Aeris. I love her so much. But in all honesty I haven't been able to mess with her as much as I would like. I definitely hate the Idea of her just sitting on a shelf. It makes me feel guilty. The last thing I ever wanted to do was part with her. I waited and worked so long just to have her that the idea of not having her upsets me.
On the other hand, I really need a new laptop. Mine isn't powerful enough for everything I want to do with my art and gaming. If I were to sell Aeris I could put that money into my budget and get a nice Alienwear laptop. Otherwise it may be a long time before that is possible seeing as there are a lot of other things our hose needs so I can't really save extra money, I'd have to sell something I already have.
This is not something I really want to decide on. I know the laptop would be more useful for me then my doll, but it still breaks my heart to think about selling her. I know this is a "first world problems" kinda deal. But It feels nice to be able to share my situation. It really is stressing me out to even consider selling my girl.
Update
So as of right now I'm working on completely re-doing Aeris's bedroom. It's gonna be really different. I got tired of all the pink and wanted it a bit more earthy. I am also waiting on her new pair of Makoeyes to come in. Hopefully they will be here this week. I plan to take her along with me to the anime convention that I will be attending this weekend.
Aside from that I'm probably gonna take a break from doll projects for a while. I really want to focus on my art and on my cosplay hobby as well. I've been really unproductive in both of those areas lately. So that's why I haven't and wont be posting a lot for a while.

So It looks like I'm most likely gonna have to wait on getting a Feeple60 Moe Rin. With a convention next month and needing to get a new furniture set, car work, and other various things that are more important, I'm probably just gonna have to hold off and hopefully find her on the marketplace in the future. I got a little extra money because my birthday was the 21st (I'm 21 now!) so I'm putting that back as a start to my "new doll fund". I'm also heavily considering getting a male MSD sized doll as a companion for Aeris. She needs a man in her life to torment.
I'm having a hard time deciding on a sculpt though. I had considered a Model Delf but their heads are too small in comparison to the minifee head. That would drive me crazy.
So this may be a bit noob-ish of me to ask, but I have been looking hard so don't rip into me for asking, but if anyone has a suggestion for a MSD sized male sculpt that would make a good match for a minifee girl pleeeease let me know! I would like to find a fairly mature, handsome looking one with light tan or tan skin. However "normal" skin is fine as well if it is the right sculpt.

Well here I go again. Makoeyes round two. Since the last pair of eyes I ordered ended up not working for Aeris, I decided to try another pair. I really like their new Owl eyes so I ordered a pair of Owl-013's.
I'm in love. She is so pretty and I really would love to have a more mature version of Aeris. Now I'm trying to crunch numbers to see if there is anyway I can possibly get her, even for just the basic package. Damn you FL. I had no intention of ever owning a SD sized doll until now.
Aeris spam. It was a nice day and she has been shut up in her room the last few days, so I couldn't resist taking her out and doing a simple photo shoot today.

I did a little work on Aeris' wig just to do something different. I put in some black extensions and trimmed about 2 inches off of it. I want it just a bit shorter but that was all I was brave enough to do for now. ^_^;
