🌊I am featuring #ujjayi breathing which is usually the first breathing exercise introduced in beginning yoga classes. Sit in a comfortable seated position, stacking each vertebrae over the next, relax your shoulders away from your ears, and turn your palms up toward the sky. Breathe in for a full five-count inhale through your nose, directing the air toward the back of your throat.
