Thought I'd stay in the category of poses I resent. Reversed table top pose (sanskrit name, anyone?) is high on my list of nasty and painful poses that make me feel weak and “bad“ at yoga. However, it is such a big relief getting out of the pose that it does provide a fair amount of pleasure in total. 😁 And yes, I know that maybe, just maybe there is something I need to look at when it triggers me like that and there's probably a lot of learning hidden in consistently incorporating the hard poses in your practice. But if it makes you not wanting to do anything at all, then I'd just fuck it and be kind to yourself.
