i've already seen some ship hate bc of tonight, and it makes me feel awful, so here's a reminder: it's a game. feel free to be disappointed, i'm not saying everyone's emotions aren't valid. but saying stuff like "i guess the heterosexuals are happy 🙄" or getting angry at people who are happy is NOT okay. especially when the cast is obviously so joyful about it. just because it's not your ship doesn't mean you should get mad at critters or the actors. let people have their happiness.

I’m sorry I am a big ole lesbian and ship beaujester/beauyasha more than any other ship but people reducing fjord’s feelings and emotions to just “he is a het man” is. Uh , not good. Fjord is a man who has struggled through toxic masculinity his whole life and jester, caduceus and beau all were a major part in him realizing he is OKAY being himself. better than okay. He deserves to feel okay with himself and be okay with wanting friendship and love just as much as the other characters . And it has taken him so long to not see these things as a weakness! He has grown and developed so much and his feelings for jester and growth with them are just as complicated as every one elses. You can heavily prefer a ship but please stop reducing characters and ignoring their arcs and their meaning like…just cause.
