here are some corpuses you all can use in spanish, whether you are looking for example sentences for flashcards or regional uses of words or even when words started to pick up speed.
CORDE (Corpus Diacrónico del Español): texts from the beginnings of the language to 1974
CREA (Corpus de Referencia del Español Actual): the successor to CORDE, from 1975 onwards
CORPES (Corpus del Español del Siglo XXI): a 21st century corpus! this one is fairly new compared to crea so check them both out!
Tesoro lexicográfico del español de Puerto Rico: sources from PR, great for finding words just used there
CAES (Corpus de aprendices de español): this one is really cool because it's a corpus of texts produced by learners from a1 to c1
CORDIAM (Corpus Diacrónico y Diatópico del Español de América): just for spanish spoken in the americas
CORPHA (Corpus del Habla del Ecuador): for ecuadorian spanish
El corpus del español: this one is pretty big and very general, but requires you to open an account, so i haven't used it personally. but i'm mentioning it here for its size!
