hiii anon friend!! sorry I haven't been on this site for a WHILE because i've been traveling & moving after graduating!! I went to disney world with my friend as a ~grad trip~ and then moved to nyc for my job (just in time for 1989 tv hehe) & adopted a cat?!?! so many dreams coming true in one summer 🥺 i also hosted a bunch of friends visiting nyc in my teeny tiny apartment so it's been pretty chaotic but now i'm finally done settling in and trying to relax as much as possible before my job! i also took a break from talking to my parents (w/ my therapist's help ofc) & basically told them i wasn't going to talk to them for a few months lol (setting ~boundaries~ era lmaoo) which they did NOT handle very well ofc but it helped me see how good life could be while it lasted

i've been thinking of u too b/c every time i did one of these things i was like omg anon friend would be happy for me :') <3 i'm sending u all my good vibes too!! and how's your summer going?? are u going to the eras tour or the movie?

My toxic trait is that its physically impossible for me to remember all the work i ever put into anything and as soon as I accomplish something I get used to it & no longer consider it an accomplishment. Not only does this make me feel like shit but it also makes me tell people all the objectively hard things I’ve done were “easy” and “anyone could do it” which probably makes them feel like shit too 💀
