New Month New Cycle: . -Squats: 305lb x 12 (Depth just a tad too shallow, realized mid-set that was due to my heels being too close. Heels at shoulder-width w/toes at 15° seemes optimal.) . -Conventional Deadlift: 305lb x 12 (Limiting toe-angle to 15° seemed to keep my knees just narrow enough to prevent interference w/grip-width.) .
