She let out a sigh ans started to sketch quietly, gathering her thoughts as she did. āItās a lot different from New York. I mean, obviously it would be, I donāt really know what I was expecting. I had this place dreamed up from the stories she used to tell me and I get here and itāsā¦absolutely nothing like I thought.ā Except for the obvious presence of werewolves. Who she had yet to meet. Her brows furrowed. āThat would be rather odd, donāt you think? Considering the fact that I just met you and all. Iām not trying to beā¦rude.ā
Alistair didn't mean to pry into the girl's life or anything, but it was nice talking to someone that didn't really know him that well. "There might not be a town that's quite like this one in the whole world. How was New York though? I hear that it's amazing over there, I've only spent a few times there myself. Did she make it sound more exciting than what you found it to be? Are you disappointed in what you arrived to?" At first the hunter thought that the town was going to be boring, or at least he hoped. It turned to have been pretty action packed, at least for the people that he chose to hang out with. "I mean yeah but people talk to others in AA meetings. I'm not saying we're alcoholics, but still. I could be a distraction or something."
