Btw the butterfly is a Peacock Pansy (Junonia almana) which are species of butterflies that are native to Cambodia. I’m currently really interested about Cambodian culture as I did some research and the Gar People (aka the other half of Keldor as he’s half human and half Gar) are inspired a lot by southeast Asian and Cambodian culture.

Btw here’s some refs of the beautiful butterflies!

Anywho, I plan to draw more cool Gar/Half Gar characters in Cambodian clothing, I always find it so cool when games, movies, shows, etc despite being heavily based on fantasy or sci-fi stuff yet are inspired by real world cultures!

I wouldn't call Lyn disloyal, and that description is (sadly) way more than we see in the movie...and yet the film DID present enough for me to think that's where they're heading...which is one of the reasons I need a sequel!!!
