Dream Title "Sea Rescue" Nov 27 '24 I am in a helicopter with my boss. Everything seems very easy breezy and relaxed. Although I don't think the person who is flying the helicopter is a professional. The person flying the helicopter is the owner of the building that I am working at and a working actor. We lift off and the lift doesn't quite work. We try for a second time and the helicopter bobbles over sea and I see it dropping to the sea. I think fast and jump out of the helicopter into the sea. I swim out and survive. The helicopter is a wreck. The boss is found at bay covered with rocks.

Scene switches and I am at the restaurant floor and I have to cancel waiting tables because a bartender did not show? Retrospection: Hmm, strange. I am having a remarkably positive experience at work right now. A few tid bits then and there that are nerving, for the most part everything is working out. However, this job is just a transitory job as I apply for my career job and have been actively interviewing. I am actively interviewing with a well known company now and I am 3 rounds in out of 5. Two more to go next week. If I get it I will have to quit my current job and move to California, San Fransisco Bay area. Hopefully, that's what the dream is about.

Dream Title "Interesting Chick" I am talking to a coworker with a bob haircut. She's cool and friendly. I open up a bottle or hand sanitizer/soap from work? Smells like alcohol. Retrospection: I met a chick at work. She seems friendly. Not sure if she is my type for an intimate relationship. I also just simply do not know her that well. Not sure if I want to date someone from work?

Dream title "Lagunitas" Nov 15 '24 I am staying at a motel or resort of sorts. I am at a bar? I pick up a drink. I go to another bar next door. There are two people in the front. One discusses how to say lagunitas with a 'j' instead of a 'g' sound. I ask for another beer "lagunitas." The other person at the bar says "pronounce it with a G like Georgia." I am trying to do something fun. I decide to bike to a further out located bar for another beer. IT starts to rain and I go back to the motel. It starts to flood. The only way back to my room is through another persons room. I go through the door and there is an Olive skin man there? He starts to fight me? I think to myself I can just let him assault me and then sue for money. I decide I don't have time for that and fight back. Fight ends. I get to my second floor room. I see all kinds of huge insects on the first floor. First floor is flooded. Mine is fine. I have take out food to eat. Retrospection: Drinking like this in the dream would be something I would do back in the day. Taking a bike ride to a destination far out for a bar sounds fun. However, my drinking days are over. I fight with someone? Also, not looking to get into a fight any time soon. First floor gets flooded. Ouch, but not my floor. I am safe on the second. Just have to wait for the rain to end? I have had interesting things where the previous dreams have had some kind of reoccurrence in my waking physical life. Just a tid bit there and there. I wonder what this one will bring.

Dream title "52 hours" - Nov 12 '24 I am either in a police holding station or a homeless shelter? I see a friend of mine from childhood skip through in a flash. I am preparing to sleep on a mat till a government official of some kind pops in with paper work. On the paper work it says 52 hours. He takes me over and processes the paper work. I am sitting and a woman stops by. She says, "You quit NBA." The introductory government official brings me to a thin holding cell. I have to spend my time in there. Retrospection: Some things make sense with the homelessness and sleeping in a sleeping bag. Looks like that is on the front for me in a couple of weeks. The quit NBA part does not make sense to me. I don't play that sport nor follow it. Maybe it's something else. I quit a few things in my life. Quit alcohol. Quit theatre. Quit a disturbing family situation. Quit disturbing friends. 52 hours is promising. Means it won't last too long. I do have a job. My lease ends in November and not able to renew it at the moment with a bad credit score due to the fact I trusted unholy folks. Things are temporary and there is a light at the tunnel. Promising things ahead.

Dream title "Happy Island" Nov 10 '24 I am on an island with a few accommodations like hotels, bars, and entertainment. Two people I used to know from my high school days leave me alone on the island by car. I feel a bit abandoned. Then another freshly familiar face comes by with a friendly acknowledgement. Fun times ahead with friends. Retrospection: The two people that have left me alone on the island were folks that I have had experienced a souring in friendships during challenging times for both parties. They are who they are and our vibrations do not match up. It's for the best for us to go our separate ways. There is something to say that I am my own island. It has a lone isolated meaning. However, with another familiar face coming up shows promise. I am opening doors to new people and new friendships into my life. People that match up with my vibration. Pleasant relationships. Fun times ahead.

Dream title "Prison Cell" Nov 06 '24 I am being searched for narcotics? A female black officer finds an inch pencil block of a white narcotic hidden inside my hat roll up? I am taken to a cell for 3 months. I enter the cell and share it with a black man. I see my bunk on the other end. It's messy there is food laying around. Oysters? The black man is chill and relaxed. In his 50s? He has an elderly tired chill laidback vibe. Thoughts about the dream? So, much for positivity. This isn't a positive dream or is it? Is there something hidden in there? I don't do drugs. I have a job. Although the next 3 months are plaguing me a bit. It will be a tough time in my living situation for the next few months. I am working at a restaurant and maybe the reason for the food and oysters. Why am I sharing a cell? Who is the black man? Seems like a constricting time ahead of me but nothing threatening. The black man seemed chill and non-threatening. Just have to do the time and then be out.

Dream title "Spooky Bus" - Oct 30th '24 I am inside a school bus that is moving. A short man I used to be acquainted with hugs me. It's a warm loving bear hug. Scene changes, I am in a backyard? I am walking and I see someone I know. At first I am cool with it. Then I realize this man is now a cop and I've had an interesting past so I try to stay out of his way and shy off. His eyes turn red almost as if crying and bleeding. Or I feel like crying and his eyes start to bleed red. Zombie like. Scares me. Halloween anyone? How I feel about the dream? The man that hugged me I knew for a bit of time in my early 20s. He had a drug use issue. I haven't talked to him in a long time. We were always friendly to one another. Why the hug was so warm and friendly? I don't know. But it was nice and refreshing, haven't talked to any of my 20 year old acquaintances in a long time and probably not any time soon. School bus to the high school may mean spiritual school on the earthly plane? The cop is interesting. I have stayed out of trouble and cleaned up my act for a while now. So I don't see issues running into law any time soon unless I get caught jumping the cash payment for the subway rail. Sorry. :) Money is on the low at the moment. Hope everything is alright with the man I saw and will continue to be all good. He's a good dude.

Title of Dream "Dog House" - Oct 23 '24 A dog house is in front of me. I see yellowish round coins within the dog house? They may or may not be coins. I am not sure. But they are round and donut like. I am in front of what feels like my house but I have never seen this house before. It is two storied. I am in the yard. It's night time. The yard is fenced. There is a ring ring. It's either the door or a phone. A gray haired individual face flashes. Reminds me of my dream teacher or the person who hired me for my next gig in my waking life. The yellow goldenish coins disappear. I think perhaps a near by homeless man took them? I am searching for them. I go beyond my fence into a neighbors yard. They have a wide rectangular table filled with people enjoying their night get together. I go after another neighbor. I see him with dark hair an athletic build with mid height. Could be a foreigner. Lets me into his yard. Shows me around his yard. Nothing. I wake up. Upon waking up I feel a bit lost. I don't know that neighborhood and I don't know the people. Yet it was my two storied house? What does the dream mean to me in my waking life? Maybe I am the dog? Hah. Well, I am facing financial difficulties and had to ask people I know for help. I had just recently found myself a job that will help my financial situation. I was homeless of this year. I had money at the time, but had no home. Now I have a place to stay in but my savings are depleted. The grayish hair could have been one of my teachers or my new boss. Something along those lines I didn't see the face clearly. Seems like there is no resolution of the coins in this dream. The table of people enjoying themselves was calming. I love get togethers of friendly people. The dark hair man I am not sure about that he felt like what could be a foreigner maybe muslim man with that type of masculinity. Things are in the middle of the act instead of the final act. I guess we will see how things work out.

"Sleep empowered" I posted a bit of info about the Wim Hof Breathing Method @ Tumblr. I do my own variation of a breathing technique that works for me. One of these days I'll write it. His method is the real deal and works. Wim Hof only mentions a morning routine. His breathing method can also be applied before sleep and as a light work out. Not to the extreme number of rounds and reps Wim Hof mentions to do. You're free to explore that many rounds if you wish. What I want to acknowledge is that applying a breathing light work out before bed has positive effects on my sleep. I wake up a few hours earlier than accustomed to without the workout and I don't have the morning hang up wake up. I just wake up and I am ready to go without too much fuss. I am sure there are extra biochemical positives, but I am not a doctor. :-) Happy breathing. Sending positive vibes. :->)

"My Mandala" The image above is a mandala I created to represent my goals and my well being. At times in the morning I meditate on this mandala and the goals I have set for myself. The visual image stimulates me because it's specific to myself. Centers me and makes me feel well to start the day. If I am feeling off center all I have to do is just look at it or visualize with my eyes closed and I am centered. What would yours look like?

12 years ago, I had a full blown kundalini awakening. It knocked me out and once I got back up on my feet I felt and saw white aura around me. My sensitivities were magnified. For a couple of years then I was spontaneously doing all kinds of body movements and looking for breathing techniques to repeat the process. One of the breaths that I found that charged me up is a similar breath work Wim Hoe talks about in his video. He explains the breath quite well. It is the real deal. If you follow the technique you will feel quite the bioelectric charge and a favorable high on your own supply. And this kind of work is just the tip of the iceberg. Bright blessings. "Viopurl Soul Body" Viopurl is the name I have chosen for a violet purplish color. The Viopurl layer of my soul body has a few qualities.

It is my dreamy qualities. It is my cosmic qualities.

It is my unique authority. It is my authentic self. It is my engagement in the world of theatre. It's a bit different than my layer of love. Like all layers of my soul body they intertwine and influence one or the other.

Dream title: "Jump into the fire" Oct 11 '24 I am on a tour bus with Chris Cornell. The singer that passed away a few years ago at the age of 52. The only reason I am getting that hunch is that he has a very unique face and eyes that's hard to miss as a fan of his. He influenced my mantra I posted on here a few days ago. I feel like I am not at the social status to hang out with him. But anyhow, we are at a top bunk bed on the tour bus and he puts his left arm around me in a friendly manner. He smiles as he holds the remote control in his right hand watching the TV. Scene switches I see him step up to a piano and start playing. I see the piano and it's piano keys play. It's more of the electronic kind than the sturdy wooden heavy kind. I am wondering to myself does Chris Cornell play the piano? He then just stands up right in time. He's giving off a very somber look. His eyes are lit and piercing. Scene changes, He pours himself a soda can. I am no longer chillin on the top bunk and standing next to a few people. It seems there is a gather of people in the background but I can't make them out. There is a blonde woman in her mid 50's talking to another person and I feel invited to eavesdrop on the conversation. Everyone is friendly and in a good mood. I am getting that feeling again of my social status not at the level of these giants. She has a straight haired pony tail held up with a black hair tie and mentioned "Harrys son". I knew a kid named Harry in high school. That's about it. I wake up.

Reflection: Wow, that's cool to dream about Chris Cornell. Like I said before the mantra I wrote a few days was influenced by him. "I am the highway". I was intrigued by his piano playing and did some googling. Chris Cornell does play the piano! Even from a young age! Never knew that. i don't think I've heard any songs of him on the piano. I tried to understand "Harrys son." I did a quick google. Chris Cornell covered a song called "Jump into the fire" by Harry Nilsson. I've never heard of the man and interestingly enough we share the same childhood growing up in Brooklyn, New York and even the same earlier profession. He also passed away at the age of 52. I am always trying to find new music to listen to. I listened to a few songs of Harry's. Jump into the fire is quite good, unhinged and psychedelic. I love it. He has a few songs on the piano. Thank's for the recommendation blonde lady :). I wonder if there is more significance to this dream for myself? I am in transitions in my job search and I am having ideas running my own business within the next couple of years to be my own boss. Nothing musically related tho. At least not yet. I stopped abusing alcohol that Chris Cornell suffered from and perhaps that's where the comradeship is coming from. The soda in the dream is inspiring. Thanks for the invite, Chris! Appreciated! I need to spend a day to listen to all of Harry Nilsson's catalogue!
