Hello what is a stroad

Hi :)

Basically a stroad is a type of road that has a lot of intersections and four or more lanes and is built with cars in mind and ignores people who walk or bike (or treats them as an afterthought). Most main streets look like this and it makes walking or biking more dangerous and contributes to car dependency and urban sprawl. They lower walkability and are pretty bad for the environment.
