welcome to your fave is alterous! i made this blog to spread this term and flag, i believe this label is really important and i’d love to spread it through fandom!

out of curiosity why do you use the blue flag? i’ve never seen it before this

that’s a great question! the simple answer is that i use this flag because i made it, which you can read about here, in response to my only attraction-centred identity not having a clear, accepted flag.

my main reason for making this blog was to spread my identity and version of its flag, so i’m glad you’re seeing it! i’d like to know what the community generally thinks of the flag, which isn’t something i really achieved just through posting it (partly because most people don’t regularly check the alterous tag the way they do with fandom, hence the fandom blog).

if you’re alterous (or even if you aren’t) i would love to hear your thoughts on this flag, and if there’s one you prefer, or any changes you think i should make. similarly, if anyone wants to create a flag inspired by this one i’d love to see it. i really just want the community to have one aesthetically pleasing, meaningful flag, whether i’ve made it or not.
