There’s plenty of proof that associating something with something else is something the brain automatically does that you cannot prevent and vehemently refusing to acknowledge that just so you can continue to use escapism isn’t “woke” or “sticking it to the anti’s”, it is literally just harming yourself and causing further problems than you can consciously even recognize.
