Tales of solitude
Very true..
Is there such a thing as endorphin withdrawal or some such? Everytime I have a single good day, it feels like the next few days are guaranteed to be bad or something and I don’t know why.
So clear..
Spectacular view..
Mental Health is not...
About what you see. About what you perceive to be going on. About how it makes you feel. About what you think should be done.
It is about what you do not see.
What goes on when you are not there, how someone else perceives and processes. You do not see how they feel, you see how they express or hide their feelings. What pressures go on over and over, what challenges they face that you have yet to be tested or never will. You can say you can walk a mile in their shoes, but they have had to walk thousands.
It is not about what you see someone doing day to day, that is all you see and all you can divine your truth from.
It is about what you do not see going on behind the emerald curtain, the smoke and mirrors, the walls, and the stage that those that are hurting put before the world so that they may function and sit next to you so you can see what they want you to.
Mental Health is not about what you see, it is about what you do not see.
~David Michaels
This is so true..
A writer out of loneliness is trying to communicate like a distant star sending signals.

“EVERY STORY I create, creates me. I write to create myself.”

Repost so others know they aren't alone.
Its okay to be sad. Its okay to be heartbroken. Its okay to have depression. Its okay to have anxiety. Its okay to have a mental issue. It’s okay to have no friends. Its okay if your not doing what society tells you to.
But what’s not okay is, pretending to be perfect. Everyone has issues. Everyone feels alone and lost and one point in their life.
You are not alone. You may not see it now, but people care about you. I care about you.
If you are ever going through any of these issues, please call one of these numbers.
