I have gained&lost cumulatively +/-110kgs over 14 years. I am now 32 living in Cape Town, South Africa. When I'm in the mood to get fit, I get fit. Then I lose the mood and start eating more and stop moving. On tumblr I hope to get motivation to stay permanently yoyo'd down. This is a body positive, fitblr, fun & real blog!
