LIBRARIAN’S NOTE/S : I know, it's been too long since my last post but march was js very very hectic, but here's a hasumi oneshot inspired by a headcanon I read a years ago I js can't recall from where but I'm pretty sure it was an Alkaid headcanon so yes. Enjoyy!!
Hasumi loved taking pictures of you–you were his muse, and no one could be convinced otherwise. Before, his posts were always about his everyday routine, from aesthetically pleasing desserts to the shenanigans of Class 1B. But now that you two are dating? It was just mostly you now. His followers could complain all they wanted, but it was his account, so it was his rules. But the number of posts that he has of you is nothing compared to the number of photos that he has of you. Candid shots of you focused on your homework; stolen shots of you laughing at something Enishirou said; mirror selfies with you and him in the dressing room from shopping dates; or just you posing and smiling because he asked you to.
As your relationship grew, Hasumi learned that the best way to make you smile was not when he would count to three and say cheese–no. He finds your smile best when he suddenly calls out your name and tells you, “I love you”. There’s just something about the way your cheeks would slowly turn red; your smile would look so unsure at the sudden statement, contrasted by the way your eyes would scrunch up and be filled with so much adoration. It complemented your face in a way no makeup could ever do.
He just finds it so endearing, so special, and so intimate that Hasumi finds himself doing it over and over again–when it was just you two. Now, no matter how many times he repeats those three words, your cheeks, your smile, and your eyes would always stay the same, giving him that same expression that his camera just can’t seem to fully capture. To Hasumi, seeing the fleeting moment happen in real life is just not the same when he stares at the photo he took, or perhaps it’s because nothing could ever compare to the moment when he first did it.
Hasumi could remember that day so vividly. It was just like any other day, and you two were lounging in your dorm room for a study date. He was curious to see how you would respond if he finally told you those three words for the first time. He’s seen a lot of reels circulating online lately, and now he wanted to see for himself how his beloved would react. Suddenly, “Hey, Y/N.” He softly called out, “Yeah?” You turn to face him and look in his direction. You don’t notice the way his phone was held over his face as he suddenly told you, “I love you.” He softly said
“H-Huh?” It was all you could manage to say, and yet, it seemed as if time stopped as you continued to stare at him. All you could see was the soft look on his face and the way his eyes twinkled with sincerity when he said, “I love you.” But for Hasumi? It was as if time slowed down as he saw the way your cheeks slowly turned red… How your mouth slowly opened… How your eyes slowly blinked… How your facial expression turned from inquisition to a look of surprise, mixed with flattery and a hint of shyness.
Only for the moment to be ruined when you heard the shutter of his camera and noticed the flash of his camera. “W-Wha—Hasumi?!” You exclaimed, looking absolutely mortified. What kind of expression did his camera take? Did he really not mean it when he said it? Was he just pranking you? But as Hasumi stared at the photo he had taken, he regretted taking a photo instead of a video recording. He wanted to relive the moment and to see it again and again.
“Y/n…” He whispered, then looked up at you. “You look so cute~!” He exclaimed. He scooted closer to you and showed you the photo. Then hugged you close, as if there were no tomorrow, while he nuzzled his nose against your cheek. “H-Ha-Hasumi!?” You could only exclaim, but the latter was too hung up on how cute you looked in the photo.
It took a while for Hasumi to calm down and reassure you that he meant what he said, and he just wanted a photo to commemorate it. “Come on, Y/n-chan~” Hasumi pouted. “Don't be upset now… I promise to buy your favorite dessert to make up for it.” He coaxed, while cuddling you from behind. You could only huff and give in to his coaxing.
“But for the record… with my favorite dessert or not…” You added, after recovering from his little stunt and with all the courage and sincerity you could muster, you softly told him, “I love you too, Renri.” You paused for a brief second before leaning in to press a soft and chaste kiss on his cheek. It took a moment for Hasumi to recover, but you could see the way his cheeks turned slightly red.
Nonetheless, he smiled and buried his head in the crook of your neck while holding you tighter, as if you’d disappear the moment he loosens his grip on you. He didn’t expect this sudden reply, leaving him vulnerable but deeply happy inside. “I’m glad to know, we’re on the same page, Y/n-chan.” His muffled voice came through.
After that day, Hasumi finds himself saying “I love you” more often when taking photos of you, instead of counting down. Somehow, you can't help but keep smiling wider and wider the more he keeps saying it, because there was just something so endearing, special, and intimate—like it was an exclusive secret between the two of you, only.
LIBRARIAN’S NOTE/S : this is actually kinda short because I just wanted to write something but I also have like a bunch of quizzes so here it is HAHAHAHA well still hope you enjoy!
☆ ENISHIROU SOUJI ☆
Enishirou gives the warmest hugs. I mean LITERALLY. His electronic power is a literal blue flame.
Although, YES, it is canon that his blue flame cannot harm, but I really think that his flame is still so warm to the point that he emanates that warmth
So if it's cold and you want to be warm, you know where to go LMAO
I like to think that Enishirou's hugs are fun and light-hearted because really see him being a hug attacker, like there are times when he will just spontaneously attack you with a hug or something
That being said, he's the type of hugger who'd wrap his hands around your neck (assuming he's taller than you) while he lets your head rest against his chest.
I also see him putting one hand on your head and smoothening out your hair as his own way of reassuring himself that you're still there, you're still with him 🤧
☆ KASUBATA KUKURU ☆
LMAO Kasubata is a STIFF Hugger, I'm not even joking. Don't expect warmth and comfort, you're expectations will be ruined.
The guy is literally so emotionally constipated, and I don't blame him
Despite his "stiff" hugs, Kasubata is definitely a big spoon He needs that reassurance/feeling that you are still there and you are with him
That being said, the "stiff" hugs don't last that long though, just give him time to adjust and to adapt
Because once he's used to it? Oh he gives the kinds of hugs that makes you feel safe and protected
He's the type to tuck your head under his chin, especially if he's taller than you. BONUS if you tell him how you like to be hugged. He'll mutter a few complaints here and there but he'll definitely give it to you.
☆ RENRI HASUMI ☆
Hasumi gives one of the BEST hugs because he really gives mother hen vibes. sometimes.
It's like, Hasumi just knows, what hug you need and why you need it. • It doesn't matter where or when, Hasumi will always know what hugs to give you. He would prioritize your comfort in the hug, over his.
That being said, Hasumi's the type of hugger that leans down to your height, arms wrapped around your torso and his chin will rest against your shoulder so your head and his head are side to side with each other
Hasumi's hugs are the kind of hugs that makes you want to forget about your problems because of how addicting it can be.
He'll be over the moon if you compliment or well tell him that you like his hugs, it gives him the confidence of knowing that what he's doing is right
☆ EMOTO NARUHIKO ☆
He gives the sweetest hugs ever!! oh to be hugged by Emoto Naruhiko 😫
You can feel it from his hugs, the genuine warmth conveying his feelings and how much he cares about you
But please keep in mind that before being sweet, his hugs are that of being really really shy
He'll be blushing so much while doing it, but even he can't deny that the feeling of hugs are nice
His hugs are the silent hugs that lets you know or reminds you that you are not alone in this and he's got you, always and forever
Because of his shy nature, he's the type to hide his face into your shoulder/neck while wrapping his hands around your waist OR hide his face into your shoulder/nape/back if he's giving back hugs

☆ ENISHIROU SOUJI ☆
Having Enishirou as your boyfriend is full of chaos and fun. He's loud and energetic that sometimes it becomes infectious.
But despite his loud nature he's very very earnest and sincere when it comes to you.
He'll share you stories about his childhood with Akari and all that. He'll tell you that he misses her, but he'll also tell you just how glad he is to have found you because your company really means a lot to him.
Given with what has happened to Akari, he'll be protective of you, and not just in the physical kind of way, but he will not hesitate to speak up and stand up for you when somebody insults you or says something insensitive towards you. I mean this type of stuff applies to all four of 1B boys but Enishirou just has his own way of doing so.
If someone insulted you, he'd insult the person right back at you with not so nice words that are probably twice as worse than what you received... and it tends to get him into a lot of trouble.
As your boyfriend, Enishirou would make it his personal mission to see and make you smile because he wants to see you happy. If you're happy then he's happy too!
He can oblivious sometimes, like if a girl were to flirt with him, it doesn't really occur to him, so if you're the jealous type, you'd have to tell him that you didn't like it because he really won't know and he'll make it up to you and will avoid it from happening again
Just because he's oblivious doesn't exactly mean that he's that dumb either, sometimes, I see him feigning obliviousness to girls trying to flirt or hit on him out of politeness and not wanting to embarras them or hurt them.
But when he sees just how much it affects you, like I mentioned above, he'll make it up to you and make sure to avoid such situations again because he doesn't like seeing you hurt/bothered moreso if it's because of him.
Speaking of affection, there's a possibility that he'd be shy AT FIRST, sure, you two would occassionally hug after a long time of not seeing each other because of a mission or he'd casually sling his arm over you but that's because you two were friends, so to him there was no need to look so much into it.
But this is different, you two were dating now, so Enishirou is more conscious about it, but it doesn't take long for him to get used to it. Once he's used to it, it becomes natural for him to express affection
He'd be open to PDA, he sees no problem with it and sometimes, it doesn't even register to him that what you two are doing counts as PDA, not until Kasubata calls him out on it and they start a mini argument.
So if you're uncomfortable with PDA then you just have to tell Enishirou and he'll be more mindful about it.
Give him compliments and he will really appreciate it and he'd reciprocate is twice more. Since he was a flamebaiter, he's used to receiving hateful words.
He's also the type of boyfriend to share his favorite dessert with you! The type who'd always to make sure you feel included and not forgotten. He'd save you a seat beside him, get two of everything so he can give you the other one.
Overall, Enishirou is a pretty chill and easy going boyfriend
☆ KASUBATA KUKURU ☆
I hope you're prepared for tea ceremonies! And with having Hasumi as your third wheel and personal photographer. Okay but Hasumi is really supportive of you two because he knows what Kasubata has been through.
But don't worry, Hasumi knows when to take his cue to leave and give you two the privacy that you need. BUT, if you need or want glimpses of Kusakubata's past, he's your person to go. He'd show you photos of Kasubata prior to Miden Academy.
Hasumi won't really tell you about Kasubata past unless he has Kasubata's go signal or it's a make or break situation for your relationship with him because it involves Kasubata being complicated because of his past.
This isn't exactly Kasubata's first relationship but this is his first serious relationship soooo yeah. But to be fair his first relationship before you, wasn't that serious and it was during his teenage rebellion phase plus it was pretty much one sided because he didn't seem to hold any feelings for Serina.
Kasubata is nonchalant as a boyfriend but the silent doer kind of nonchalant boyfriend, like, sure he's loud and short tempered as a person but he isn't really expressive or showy with his affections but he's also attentive of you.
He's not the biggest fan of PDA either, it's not that he's embarrassed of you or PDA itself (okay maybe somewhat yes for PDA) but he sees no need to flaunt your relationship with other people. He knows that you are his and he is yours. Period.
It's the small little gestures for him. He's the silent gentleman typa guy like hand on your lower back in a crowded place, the sidewalk rule, and just instinctively pushing you behind him or going in front of you in moments and signs of danger because he's very protective of you.
But make no mistake, just because he's the silent gentleman typa guy does not mean he will not bark back at anyone who insults you or looks at you wrong. Not only is it wrong but it's also his girlfriend that we're talking about here so that's double the no for him.
If he can see a scenario of exorcising a dead account without getting you too involved or too close to danger, he'd go with that. Now, it's not because he sees you as week per se, but he just doesn't want to put you in harm's way as much as possible.
He knows the risks that comes with exorcising ghost accounts, and he knows that the worst case scenario is you dying, and Kasubata has taken it upon himself to protect you and make sure you stray away from those kinds of risks.
You can expect Kasubata to be blushy-blushy when he initiates affection with a dash of him being a Tsundere and him calling you an idiot, which is followed by an apology.
Since he's a "rulebook thumper" he will not hesitate to call you out when you swear whether intentionally or unintentionally. Sometimes, I see him being blunt and he will give you a slap of reality if need be.
That being said, you can expect petty arguments here and there especially if you're both short tempered, though there are times when he'll offer you tea to calm down because he drinks tea to help him calm down. But if you're patient then I don't think small arguments will be common.
Right, tea ceremonies. It's alright if you're not familiar with tea ceremonies, he'll be willing to teach you how it's done. But if you're not a fan of tea, he'll respect that and he won't push you to join him or drink tea, but he'd really appreciate it if you join him from time to time or if you just simply stay with him.
Kasubata may be rough around the edges but he really means well and he'd want nothing more than to treat you right like you deserve.
☆ RENRI HASUMI ☆
Photos! Photos! PHOTOS!! There will be lots of photos with him. He'll make sure to take lots of photos with you because he wants to make sure that he'd never forget your face and as his girlfriend, you'd also be his muse—the main subject of his photos 🥰 and he'd have a whole album dedicated to you.
He takes the best candid photos of you! And if you're camera shy, he'd still be insistent about taking photos of you and try to compromise about it—and he'd even teach you poses that help you cover your face.
Please know that his intentions are pure, even with sneaking secret candid shots here and there, he just really wants to make sure that he can revisit these memories and if you've read the manga, you'd also understand why 🤧 poor baby
But don't worry, he makes sure that the photos he has of you are for his eyes and his alone. He won't show it to others or post it on his socials either, not unless he has your explicit permission because he respects your privacy.
With that aside, please know that Kasubata will be your third wheel for almost 90% of the time because Hasumi and Kasubata are best friends! But you can expect Kasubata to leave when you two start to get too affectionate for his liking but not without with his grumbling 🤭
I see Hasumi as the type of boyfriend who'd wear your hair ties on his wrist, not just for you when you need it, but it's his own way of showing the world that he's taken and he has a girlfriend, which is you. Likewise, he'd be happy to see you wearing something of his and yes, you can expect lots of photos.
I also see him as the type who'd be willing to learn braids so that he can tie your hair for you and yes, expect a photo or two
And speaking of affections, Hasumi is not shy to express his love for you! He'd always make sure to be holding your hand or just being near you like skin to skin contact. If you love hugs then you're in for a treat because he loves cuddles!
He's very open to PDA if you're okay with it, but he'll respect your decision if you don't like PDA.
He'll always shower you with compliments. If you have insecurities, he'll make sure to shower you with words of affirmation and call you sweet endearments like sweetheart, sweetie, or cutie, and because it's him calling you that, it won't even register to you of how cringe it can sound.
Though his outgoing nature might make him unassuming but he's really perceptive and he knows more than he lets on. So he knows when something is bothering you.
Plus as your boyfriend, he'd make sure to remember your likes and dislikes so that he can shower you with small gifts like trinkets and plushies, depending on what you like. But if you're a foodie then you can expect that he'll bring your favorite small snacks.
Hasumi is just so sweet, despite his rough past, he's just really really sweet and ugh 🤧 but speaking of his past, don't expect him to open up right away.
And you won't even have a clue that he had a rough past because he's such a pro with concealing it, but if you do ask about it, he'll answer you but he won't go into detail because he'll be smoothly changing the subject that you won't even realize it right away.
But when he opens up about his past, then you know that he really trusts you that he's allowing himself to be vulnerable to you.
And when he does open up about his past, give him hugs and he MIGHT just breakdown right there and then, but that really depends on the following: (1) when he opened up, (2) why he opened, and (3) how intense was the situation that he found himself opening up—if applicable.
All in all, having Hasumi as your boyfriend is just so ugh because he's so loving, caring, and sweet.
☆ EMOTO NARUHIKO ☆
Emoto is so precious, my baby 🥺
Asaki-sensei would be y'all's number one fan and supporter and it would really mean a lot to Emoto if you two had Asaki-sensei's approval and support.
He'd treat you with so much love and care, but please be patient with him because this is his first relationship, after his past and all that. So this is his first time expressing and experiencing romantic love as well.
Speaking of, because of his past expect that he'll be closed off about it. And it is also because of his past that he'd be really awkward early on in the relationship.
He's also quite the worrywart if he's doing things right or not, so you're gonna have to reassure him a lot. And he really tries to put on a brave front, especially in front of you... even though you know he's really a scaredy cat but all he needs are your support and words of reassurances because he's really trying here.
BUT WHAT EMOTO WOULDN'T DO FOR YOU UGH
Just because he can be quite the scaredy-cat doesn't mean you'd have to protect him, his cyberkinesis is literally a shield, and for him, it's his job to protect you with his shield
So when push comes to shove, he'd literally stand up for you even if he has to do it scared to the point he's shaking and stuttering because that's how much he cares for you.
And if you got hurt because his shield wasn't strong enough? Poor baby will feel so guilty, he'd keep apologizing while beating himself up over it, so please shower him with words of assurance, hugs, and soft kisses.
He'll also be really shy early on in the relationship especially with expressing affectionate gestures, even with something simple like holding hands. Moreso when he's gonna be initiating these affectionate gestures. So please be patient with him.
But he WILL MELT if you so much initiate something as small as hand holding. He'll be blushing the whole time.
BUT once he gets used to hand holding? He's gonna be holding your hand for most of the time, whenever applicable
He's not the biggest PDA person either because like I said, he's shy, the most PDA he'd be able to do is hand holding, but soft kisses and hugs are reserved behind closed doors.
Just like Hasumi, he's such a sweet boyfriend.
But he'd be hovering near you wherever you two might be, not really hovering in a way that he's being overbearing, just the type to be nearby at all times just to let you know that he's near and he's always there for you
If he opens up about his past to you that means he really trusts you! He's just so precious and I cannot stress it enough, I love him sm 🥺
He'd even lend you his white headset
I can see it happening, like if you're one of those girls who get overwhelmed with lots of noise, he'd just straight up wear it for you
But I hope you're prepared to listen to heavy metal if it happens for the first time HAHAHAHA 😭 and it might not help you either but he doesn't know that because he listens to heavy metal.
Rest assured, his intentions are pure and it is out of his concern and love for you because for him, his music is his sanctuary. He knows what it's like to be surrounded by overwhelming noise that you don't want to hear, he's been there so he doesn't want you to experience it too.
It was during those times where his music really helped him so he really just wants to share it with you hoping that it will help you like how it helped you and perhaps even your sanctuary as well.
BUT BUT BUT!! Share him your favorite songs! He'll definitely save it for you to put on when you wanna borrow it or like if the aforementioned incident occurs and sometimes, he'd listen to it too! Because he wants to get to know you more.
And he will also play the guitar for you! He'd be really shy about it if you directly ask him to, but give him some time to gather his courage and he will at one point.
He'd even be willing to learn how to play your favorite song just for you because that's how much he loves you.
I cannot stress enough either with just how sweet and kind he is towards you because everything he'll do for you is out of his sincere feelings.

"Hey Takashi."
It was one lazy afternoon, school just finished and you decided to hang out at Mitsuya's place. Luna and Mana were playing in the living room while you and Mitsuya were in his room. Lying down on his bed blasting your shared playlist with him while he's busy sewing clothes.
"Hm? What's up?"
You rarely call him by his name unless you have something serious to talk about or you were simply in a daze. "I wanna show you off." You said out of nowhere
Stopping from his work, he turned to look at you, "Huh? What's gotten into you all of a sudden?" He asked with a smile. "Nothing... I just want you to pick me up after school." You pouted.
Walking in your direction, he sat beside you. "Yeah? What made you want that?" He said while settling your head on his lap. "N-Nothing much... I was just being jealous of my other classmates..." You mumbled, your voice getting softer with each word.
"They're all going home together, buying food for each other, and all that pda in public... I know I act indifferent about those things, but you don't have to buy me food... I just want you to pick me up." You rambled on
Embarrassed at your own request and reason, you hug his waist and hide your face in his stomach, but he could see the way your cheeks turned red all the way to your ears.
Laughing at you, how could he reject such a cute request? "Sure thing, love, what time does your school end?"
"4:30 in the afternoon." Nodding his head at your answer, "Perfect, Luna and Mana's classes end 2 hours earlier than yours. I won't have to worry about cutting myself in half." He said with a laugh
"You know, you don't really have to if you're so busy... besides, you have your own classes to attend as well..." Feeling guilty for your selfishness, you take back your request.
"Well, I'm not busy and my school ends 30 minutes earlier than yours so don't worry about it, okay? I'd always make a way."
Softly smiling at you, he turns your head for a forehead kiss.
"Thanks!"
The next day came, and it was just like any other school day. Couples publicly displaying affection so early in the morning, students sleeping, and students cramming their homework due today.
To say that it was a tiring day was an understatement because it was exhausting. Juggling school work here and there while chasing teachers for deadlines.
What's worse is that you had to run around from the ground floor to the fifth floor because it was suddenly announced that your class had to finish decorating your respective booths for an upcoming school event in 2 days.
Your feet were dead from all that running around, and you were mentally exhausted as well. Today was such a mess that you forgot about Mitsuya picking you up today.
Rushing through the school lobby, you were shocked to see a familiar purple head wearing his school uniform with his oh so famous earring, "Oh! Mitsuya?"
Smiling at you, he raises up a plastic of McDonalds. You were wondering why he was waiting for you with food in hand when you told him that it was alright not to bring you any food—wait, not bring any food? Then it hit you
"OH MY!"
"WHAT TIME IS IT?!" Panicking, you took out your phone to see that it was 5:18 PM. "CRAP! I FORGOT IM SO SORRY!" Rushing to him, you gave him a hug and decided to stay and explain things.
"I am so sorry, I know I asked you to pick me up, but I was so busy that I forgot and didn't even notice the time." You rambled.
"Hey, hey... calm down... deep breaths... that's right, it's okay, I understand."
Ushering you to sit at the waiting area of the lobby, he proceeds to take out your chicken nuggets and open its box for you to eat before taking out your fries and drinks.
"To be honest, I thought I had kept you waiting because I arrived 15 minutes late, but when I arrived at your school, I saw you running around and scurrying here and there. I could see how tired you were and well... I got you this."
"Thanks! You're the best!" You said after finishing the food in your mouth.
"Oii!! L/n!! We need you here!!" A classmate of yours, shouted while running to your location. "Laterrr!! I'm eating!!" You shouted back.
"HA?! BUT EVERYONE'S WORKING TO THE BONE AND YOU'RE JUST-" Her angry protest was cut short when she saw you and Mitsuya together. "Sorry, I'm gonna have to borrow Y/n for a while." Mitsuya coolly said with a smile.
"Oh! Uhh-Hi! Sorry, I-uh didn't know... we'll just be on the third floor then." She stuttered with blushing cheeks while you just rolled your eyes at her. You waited for your classmate to walk away and for his attention to turn toward you before pouting your lips at him
"Huh? What's the matter?" Mitsuya asked with a carefree smile.
"I don't like the way you were smiling at her." You pouted
"She was the annoying classmate that I was ranting to you about the other day." You added
Laughing at your cuteness, he pinches your cheek. "Aww~~ I'm sorry, I didn't know." Stuffing your mouth with fries, you pout even more.

Riku, Aigonorus, and Lynt are quite the airheads so you literally have to spell it out to them, but I wouldn't put it past Riku to feign cluelessness just to tease you
In the case, that Soryu is in a good and he knows what the next words are but you aren't saying them then he will probably say, "You might wanna say it unless you want me to misunderstand and think I want to kill you." but we all know that he wouldn't do that because he even refuses to point a gun at a woman. He is respectful and principled like that
Nah cause even though half of these men are smart-asses, you sometimes just have to spell it out because of how absorbed they can get from their passions; like Takamune with soccer, Takashi with music, etc.
5. Another one who is genuinely clueless but will still kiss you nonetheless because they missed you too

Okay, so I put Yukinojo here as well cause I really feel like he might be clueless but whether he'd push you to say it or not is something I'm not sure cause he does not seem to be the forceful type either and would be the type to think/reason "If you wanted to tell me, you would, but if you didn't then you must have your reasons".
For Rhion, same reason as Yukinojo, but I think he also leans more toward the curious type. Depending on the topic, he might press for answers, but he doesn't seem that pushy either.
Krioff is a gentleman, and I don't think he would push you to say it either unless he senses something amiss or bad about it.
Rio would definitely let out a hearty laugh since he sees you lightly blushing. He'll say, "Hahaha! Whatever that is, you're right, I missed you." or somewhere along those lines before kissing you.

Though after observing you for some time, he catches on quickly and immediately knows what’s up. He’s rather amused with your childish behavior and will definitely push your buttons
He definitely plays along your little game and ignores you back just to tease you some more
So now it's a game of waiting on who will crack first

Besides, I don't think Diluc is always away at night fighting crime, only when he has solid leads and etc.
Okay so, when you wanted his attention and affection, it just so happened that he had urgent letters that needed to be read and replied to by nighttime
Out of your childish behavior, you just decided to sleep the night away and feign busyness for the following days.
Unlike his stepbrother, I'm afraid he's quite clueless about these kinds of things

Seeing that you were murmuring here and there while there was a frown plastered on your face

Though it didn't really take Xiao that long to return so while you were moping around, he just teleports himself in front of you, catching you off guard
You scream out of shock and then stare at Xiao for a good minute, at this point, he is very confused already. You stare again for another minute before he asks "Why did you call for me again? I'm sorry for cutting you off."
You go "Hmf. Later." with a pout on your face before walking off elsewhere. Now Xiao was way beyond confused, listening to what you said, he replied "Okay, take your time."

A sigh yet again escaped your lips. “Just what do you see in him?!” Your friend, Paige, asks, “I don’t know either!!” You exclaimed at her. “Please! If I could uncrush him, I would! BUT I CAN’T and I’m so frustrated.” You whined while looking at your crush, who happens to be sitting very close to his female friend, Fiona.
“Bestie, there’s a lot of fish in the sea, you gotta let him go.” Your other friend, Jace, chimes in. “I know! Please, I hate how they look so good together.” You answered, murmuring the last part. Right, at this point, she’s not even a close female friend. They both have this mutual understanding that you won’t ever be able to share with him.
Whenever people ask the questions like, "Why do you like him?" "Why him?" "What do you see in him?", You could never give them a straight concrete answer. You, yourself don't even know the answer.
Perhaps it was the fact that he could tolerate you so much or the fact that he was such a gentleman, always remembering your presence whenever your other friends don’t, or maybe it was the fact that he’d always help you out and always invite you to play with them. “ARGH! “Okay, chill out. “Aww, what’s gotten you so worked up~?” A voice chimed in, a voice you know all too well. “Leave me alone, Kaiser.” You grumbled while glaring at him. He looks at you then scans around the classroom then back at you. “Ahh, I see what’s bothering you.” Kaiser said while smirking at you.
"Go bother someone else, Kaiser." You said, facing away from his direction. "You look so lonely though, everyone's around someone, then there's you~." He continued to tease, "Come on, Kaiser, I'm not in the mood to play your games." You replied, hoping the soccer player would stop bothering you.
Heaving a sigh, "Alright princess, I will leave you alone, but don't try to beat up yourself over some stupid little crush." He paused, "Wouldn't want the only girl to match up to me, be so weak over a not-so-worthy guy." He continued, arrogance and vain evident in his tone while you only rolled your eyes at his response.
"You mean the girl, you just can't seem to stop bothering and annoying." You muttered right after he left to go to his own group of friends.
With each day passing, Mason and Fiona grew closer, it hurt. So you distanced yourself but it didn't even need as much effort as you thought it'd need because they and your 'friends' also distanced themselves from you.
You don't even know what hurt more, your crush being with someone else or the fact that your friends distanced themselves from you, and to be honest you also don't wanna know the answer to that question.
With that being said, you ended up hanging out with Kaiser's group more often. You don't know why but somehow, Kaiser just knows when to swoop in and annoy you whenever you're alone.
It eventually became a norm, your day wouldn't be complete without him annoying and teasing you to death.
"Hey, Y/n, admit it. You're starting to catch feelings for Kaiser~~." Ness said in a sing-song voice while feinting innocence. "Excuse me?! WHAT?! Him? No way, as if!" You exclaimed while your heart was beating as fast as the speed of light.
"Bingo~ Admit it, Y/n. You're starting to like him." Ness said, "It's okay, there's nothing to be ashamed of, Y/n. Between you and me, I'm pretty sure Kaiser has caught feelings for you too." He continued, all the while feinting his innocent face.
"You're not fooling me Ness, not me." You replied while shaking your head. "Aww~~ then that makes things easier for me, Y/n." An all too familiar voice said. Swiftly turning your head in the voice's direction. You were met with his blue eyes, his proximity to your face was so near that one push could've made your lips kiss.
The both of you were in a trance, but it was immediately cut off by a scream "Masonn!!" looking in their direction, "Give me back my phoneee!" Fiona exclaimed which was yet again followed by the others' laughs and giggles while they passed her phone around.
You wouldn't know but when Kaiser turned back to look at you. He could see hurt written all over your eyes, not that you'd admit it to be true even if he were to mention it.
"Tsk. We can do better than that." Kaiser teased, "Huh?" You turned to him. Giving you a quick peck on your forehead, he takes your glasses and walks off. "What? Hey Kaiser!! Give me-ugh-hey! Get back hereee!" You exclaimed while trying to chase him and Ness is just there laughing at you
"Ness! Why are you laughing? help me!" You exclaimed, "And why would I?" Ness innocently asked. "Ughh, forget it." You answered before chasing Kaiser.
"Michael Kaiser, give me back my glasses!" You commanded, glaring daggers at him. "Aww~ sure thing, under one condition." He teased, "And what condition is that?" You inquired. "Oh it's simple really, I just want you to come and watch me defeat the other school at soccer." He answered, "Now, when is the game?" You asked. "This Saturday."
"That's it? Then I'll go, you didn't have to steal my glasses for that, you jerk head." You said while Kaiser simply donned his all-knowing smirk and gave your glasses back. "I forgot to mention, you'll have to wear this while watching me play." He said before tossing one of his jerseys to you.
Giving him a dumb-founded look, he continued, "Don't worry, that's fresh from the laundry. It's extra of our new jersey so I haven't worn it yet." Upon Kaiser's exit, the class was suddenly filled with sounds of "Ooh~"s, teasings, and whistles of the class. Looks like you have a game to attend this Saturday then.

✿ But when he figured out why you were screaming (thank you, oh so horrible teammates), he yelled at you to shut up.
❀ You were too loud for him. Koga loves you, but hell, that’s too much for him.
✿ He might sulk a bit, because of your mad raging screams and that you didn’t even listen to him, but he will roll his eyes at the end and will go somewhere else, so he won’t to hear that anymore.
❀ Jun is the calm one in your relationship and he knows you sometimes a bit better than youself, so when he hears you cursing around during your play time, he knows that it’s probably because of your teammates.
✿ He will silently bring you a bar of your favorite chocolate and maybe even tea or coffee (depends on which one you prefer).

Black Tigers are known to be very rare—close to extinction even! Not even people who live in Sunset Savanna see many of your kind. Cause if they are rare on Earth then I think they’d also be rare in the TWST Universe. Though, your appearances aside, you’re just like any beast-person in NRC. A human hybrid with your beastly characteristics and personalities. You just happen to look unique and live in remote places.
☆ LEONA KINGSCHOLAR ☆
As a prince from Sunset Savanna, he’d be pretty shocked to see someone of your kind. Your first encounter would be something like him sensing your aura. Like the inner animal instinct in him tells him that someone with a dominant aura is approaching. It’s not that threatening to him because he knows his capabilities but his instinct is just telling him to be wary because it’s “new” like someone he hasn’t encountered before.
It could be like when he’s sleeping at the botanical gardens and you entered. His ears and tail that was lying on the ground relaxed would instantly shoot up. Then when you approach his direction, he’d peek one eye open to check who it is, and to his surprise, it’s a Black Tiger Beast-Person.
Leona wouldn’t openly show his surprise though and might even act nonchalant about it. Unlike the other two who’d go “I didn’t know your kind still existed.” Leona would know your kind still existed because he’s royalty and he was probably (forced or not) to meet one of your kind. With his father or Falena probably droning “You’re a prince and you should meet them so you know what’s going on in the kingdom and bla bla bla.”
Going back to your first encounter—it’s honestly kinda dry because he wouldn’t mind you that much. I don’t really see Leona as someone who does small talks. Unless you instigate it first or if it’s necessary to do so because Leona likes his peace and quiet for good quality naps. It’s not like you mind though because tigers prefer to be alone.
Interactions-wise, I know he wouldn’t be hostile in any way towards you—just don’t give him any reason to. He’d treat you just like any other person—to him, whether your kind is rare or not—it’s not a reason for him to treat you any differently as long as you’re not posing a threat, purposely annoying, or getting in his way.
Despite his pride and arrogance that doesn’t exactly mean that Leona belittles you like he still has his air of arrogance and pride but he’s still being civilized. So he isn’t exactly belittling you and your capabilities (like he does with other students).
He is aware of you and your kind’s capabilities cause IF I recall correctly, it was mentioned that at some point in his childhood Leona tried to please or impress the people around him [or was it just his parents cause I saw it said somewhere that Leona could play chess by himself and like taught himself just so he could impress his parents(??) or was I mistaken?].
Regardless of that, I still headcanon he probably still studied it just to feel validated. So like him being literate in these things would be no surprise be it self-taught or taught by some expensive intelligent teacher hired by the king. If you ever end up being partnered with him in any school-related activity or just anything, and then you did exceptionally well, he’ll be the type to offhandedly compliment you.
So it’s overall chill and casual with Leona, like you two have this mutual agreement of “I won’t bother you as long as you don’t bother me.”

Now, this one is interesting—Despite Ruggie growing up in a poor environment, I’m sure he’d be aware of your kind. His grandmother probably educated him or he could’ve had an encounter with one of your kind.
Either way, I think your first encounter would be interestingly funny. I imagine that Ruggie’s running out and about because of Leona’s errands. Then boom! The cliche moment of you two bumping into each other happens. Ruggie would immediately apologize while picking up the things he dropped—that’s if he was carrying anything, to begin with. So you stood up, dusting yourself off.
Ruggie would be shocked to see it was a Black Tiger Beast Person (it’s a mouthful ik but I can’t find the right term so please bear with me XD) then he would just offhandedly mention “Oh I didn’t know your kind still existed.”
Don’t worry, he means no offense with his statement. It’s just Ruggie being Ruggie, anyways upon noticing your silence—he’ll apologize and explain that it was his first time seeing someone like you in person then laugh it off with his signature laugh before leaving.
Another scenario of your first encounter could be if you like spending your free time in a not-so-solitary (because Leona also stays there napping). Still, peaceful silence at the botanical gardens then you two could possibly meet there while Ruggie fetches Leona. Now the ever-so earnest 1st Year, unlike the other two. Jack grew up in the Shaftlands or the Land of Pyroxene. So I don’t think he would’ve had any way to meet or encounter anyone from your kind. Though that does not mean that he isn’t aware of your kind—I like to think that at some point in his childhood that he has read those animal picture books.
Plus Jack has younger siblings, I’m quite sure that he has shown them the picture books at his siblings’ request. Now your first encounter with him can be kinda awkward especially if you’re older than him. There could be many scenarios with your first encounter with Jack since you’re all in the same school like it could be when he’s with the first years and then their bickering caused you some trouble.
Jack and Yuu would immediately apologize for the trouble their friends are causing then imagine Jack’s surprise to see it was you a Black Tiger Beast Person. He’d be left speechless while you tell them that it was okay before walking off *cue awkwardness*—his friends would start swarming him with questions, asking why he was shocked—did you two know each other, etc.
It could also be when you two go partnered up for an Alchemy class and this scenario would open the chance for the two of you to talk and like I mentioned previously above, Jack would go somewhere along the lines of “Your kind still existed?!” He also means no offense but Jack is genuinely shocked and he is probably the most surprised out of the trio.
Like I said, Jack grew up in the Shaftlands, and even though it’s very big—there’s little to no chance that he would encounter anyone from your kind. Now the ever-so earnest 1st Year, unlike the other two. Jack grew up in the Shaftlands or the Land of Pyroxene. So I don’t think he would’ve had any way to meet or encounter anyone from your kind. Though that does not mean that he isn’t aware of your kind—I like to think that at some point in his childhood that he has read those animal picture books.
Plus Jack has younger siblings, I’m quite sure that he has shown them the picture books at his siblings’ request. Now your first encounter with him can be kinda awkward especially if you’re older than him. There could be many scenarios with your first encounter with Jack since you’re all in the same school like it could be when he’s with the first years and then their bickering caused you some trouble.
Jack and Yuu would immediately apologize for the trouble their friends are causing then imagine Jack’s surprise to see it was you a Black Tiger Beast Person. He’d be left speechless while you tell them that it was okay before walking off *cue awkwardness*—his friends would start swarming him with questions, asking why he was shocked—did you two know each other, etc.
It could also be when you two go partnered up for an Alchemy class and this scenario would open the chance for the two of you to talk and like I mentioned previously above, Jack would go somewhere along the lines of “Your kind still existed?!” He also means no offense but Jack is genuinely shocked and he is probably the most surprised out of the trio.
Like I said, Jack grew up in the Shaftlands, and even though it’s very big—there’s little to no chance that he would encounter anyone from your kind. Once Jack sees your questioning gaze that says, “First time you've seen one of like me?” He’d feel so guilty that his ears would visibly dropdown. *cue brief awkwardness*
He’d immediately apologize and start to explain the reason for his reaction. Out of the three, he’d be the friendliest of them all, and if you do happen to join the Track and Field club or just any athletic club that shows him your prowess. He would look up to you and admire whatever trait you have that he finds admirable, be it your dedication, strength, discipline, power, or anything.
Much like his upperclassmen, Jack wouldn’t treat you any differently because to him, everyone should be treated equally and he wouldn’t want to be treated any differently just because he stands out or anything. Though he’d treat you with more respect like he does with Ruggie and Leona if you so happen to be older than him.
Jack would know that your kind is solitary creatures so him being close with you would also depend on you but either way, he’d be sure to acknowledge your presence whenever you two bump into each other. He'd be a chill friend to have, unlike Ruggie.

Iwaizumi wakes up to pee in the middle of the night—still groggy but when he felt that your side of the bed was empty. He immediately found himself wide awake. Scanning the dark-lit room he noticed an empty chair and an opened laptop on the table. He decided to hold off looking for you and went to the bathroom first. Leaving the said room he saw you entering with a cup of iced coffee. "Oh hi, Haji." You said, sounding very tired. Walking closer to your figure "What're you doing? I thought you said you'd join me in bed hours ago?" He asked with a yawn. "Yeahh buutt I really wanted to finish his essay before sleeping." You answered while putting aside your iced coffee. "You'll have more than enough time tomorrow after a goodnight's rest." He said holding your hands, ushering you to join him in bed. "Alright, alright I'll sleep and join you in bed already." You gave in while pulling away from him to shut down your laptop and fix the desk. After doing so, you immediately jumped down into the comfy bed, and soon enough your boyfriend's strong arms were already wrapped around your waist. "Night, Y/n." He whispered, "Mm, you too, Haji." You replied while burying yourself deeper into his embrace and before you knew it, you were already sleeping.
