Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

Savanaclaw's wifi is alright, Leona doesn't care enough to get someone to fix it.

Leona's phone is usually on low battery because he's to lazy to charge it at night, also because he often calls Ruggie to do things.

Leona gave Yuu his phone number when they had to stay with him (During book 3).

Leona is very direct when he texts, even if he needs something from someone.

Leona also sends voice messages because sometimes he's to lazy to text.

Ruggie Bucchi-Texting Headcannons

Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

Ruggie's phone is always on low battery, not just because he gets to tired to plug it in at night, but also because he's always using the Twisted version of Cash App/Doordash (Doordash is probably for the Monstro Lounge).

Ruggie gave Yuu his phone number after Leona's overblot. (possibly to send him money/gifts for his injuries)

Ruggie only really adds extra things to his texts if he wants people to do things for him.

Ruggie will send voice messages if he's busy doing something, or is gonna be late to something.

Jack Howl-Texting Headcannons

Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

Jack's phone is on high battery, he also doesn't use his phone much.

Jack didn't give Yuu his phone number until right before Azul's overblot (when everyone got those things on their heads).

Jack is usually direct with his texting. He doesn't really text people much either.

Riddle Rosehearts-Texting Headcannons

Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

The reason why the wifi is either down or is weak is because Riddle doesn't see the point in phones besides communication.

Riddle's phone is usually on high battery, he doesn't use his phone much.

Riddle gave Yuu his phone number after his overblot.

Riddle is very direct in his texting, he doesn't use acronyms, but he might know what a few mean.

Trey Clover-Texting Headcannons

Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

Trey's phone is usually on high battery, yeah, he doesn't use his phone much.

Trey gave Yuu his phone number after the unbirthday party (after Riddle's overblot).

Trey texts likes he's making a list of things to do, he's very to the point but tries to sound polite.

Trey might send a voice message if he's in the middle of baking/cooking, or if he's busy in general.

Cater Diamond-Texting Headcannons

Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

Cater's phone is surprisingly on high battery! This is because he carries around one of those portable chargers.

Cater got Yuu's phone number after Riddle's overblot. He tried to get it beforehand, but all the drama at the unbirthday party postponed it.

Cater uses a lot of filler words when he texts, he does it because he doesn't want people to see that he needs help with something or that he's feeling down.

Cater can type pretty quickly with minimal typos, this is thanks to his near-constant presence on the internet.

Cater also sends a lot of voice messages instead of texts, he talks like its his own podcast sometimes.

(There was supposed to be a cat emoji in the texting thing but for some reason it won't show up, sorry! Also, the time is supposed to be AM not PM!!!)

Deuce Spade-Texting Headcannons

Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

Deuce's phone is normally on low battery, but he is trying to get better and making sure to charge it at night.

Deuce gave Yuu his phone number after the monster in the cave attacked them, but he doesn't really start to text them until later (before the overblot).

Deuce usually types in complete sentences (trying to be a star student) and checks over his text before he sends it, but this goes out the window (he starts typing with slang and typos) when he's mad.

Ace Trappola-Texting Headcannons

Random Headcannons about the TWST Cast's texting...

Ace's phone is often low battery because he forgets to plug it in at night.

Ace gave his phone number to Yuu when he spent the night at Ramshackle in case he had to come over again, but only really started texting them after the creature in the cave attack.

Ace texts very directly compared to real life, especially when he's tired.

Ace often texts with no punctuation unless he finishes a sentence (so no commas or anything).

Ace texts fairly quickly, but mistypes often. He tries to fix it before he sends the message, but some words slip through the cracks. This becomes even more common when he's mad or tired.

Rant- Ads

I don't think I have to explain why I hate ads, but has anyone noticed that the ads for Tiktok and other social media platforms have been VERY weird recently? Maybe I'm just now noticing, but a lot of these weird ads either have old trends, or its just people being put in harmful situations. A new ad that I saw for Tiktok showed a woman putting glue into her husbands ear and sticking it together. THAT'S WEIRD RIGHT?! Yeah, I know it's fake but that's a crazy thing to advertise to people.

I didn't have Tiktok during the pandemic, and I've heard about how many people would like to see dangerous things/"pranks" (like what this ad showed). And that leads to another thing, seeing/hearing about this stuff during Covid is absolutely INSANE! I know people were bored but were you guys really THAT bored?!

Meringue Ducks

I saw this on Tiktok and looked up some recipes, here is a mix of a few that I tweaked, and thought worked the best!

Please note that this can make a bunch of meringue, so you might have to make many batches.

Ingredients:

2 Large Eggs

1/2 Cup: Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon: Cream of Tartar

1/8 Teaspoon: Vanilla Extract (optional)

1/8 Teaspoon: Almond Extract (optional)

Food Coloring: Yellow, Black, and Orange (Can be any color)

Materials:

Baking Sheet

Parchment Paper

Stand Mixer

Toothpicks (optional)

5 Small Bowls (Can be cereal bowls)

3 Piping Bags (Any size)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 200F, and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites by sifting the whites through your hand into a small bowl, and put the yolks into another.

Put the egg whites into the mixer and mix (on slow or medium) until there are little bubbles forming (image below).

Add the cream of tartar and continue to mix until soft peaks (image below) form.

Gradually mix in the sugar over the course of a few minutes while mixing the mixture slowly.

When the mixture starts to form stiff peaks (image below), mix in the vanilla and almond if you decided to add it.

After the mixture forms stiff/shiny looking peaks, separate the meringue into 3 small bowls and add the food coloring (make sure you add more meringue to the "yellow" or "body" bowl).

After coloring the meringue, put it into 3 different piping bags and start to shape your duck. You can use toothpicks to shape them as well!

My pans can fit 12-16 ducks depending on how big they are (see images below to see how about how big they should be)

Bake the ducks in the oven for about 90 minutes (1 1/2 hours), and then let them sit for a while before eating!

Twisted Wonderland Zoo Au- Part 2

You decide to explore the part of the zoo called Heartslabyul!

You walk into a meadow looking area, with trees surrounding it. As you walk along the gravel trail, you recognize some of the flowers that are growing, which includes: dizzy daffodils, tiger lilies, dande-lions, and even some lazy daisies! Looking around even more, you note to yourself that there doesn't seem to be any gates or barriers lining the treeline that blocks bird-halflings from getting too close...

You walk even further, following the small groups of people through the trees. You look to your right, and see a pond in the center of the area with many different halflings surrounding it, talking amongst themselves. Suddenly, you bump into something, or rather, someone. A rooster-halfling looks at you with distain.

"Hey, can't you watch where you're going?!" He says loudly.

"What do you mean 'watch where I'm going'?! I'm on the path!" You state.

"Yeah, so am I!" He yells.

You stop and think for a moment... 'Maybe there's a reason why there are no fences near the trees.' You think to yourself. You then look at the ground in embarrassment.

"Ha! I've never seen someone look like that!" He laughs in your direction.

You get the urge to hit this guy, but it seems as though someone else had the same idea.

*SLAP*

"What do you think you're doing, Ace?! You know we'll all get into trouble if you-" A halfling, which after a minute of confusion you identify as a lemming, yells. He seems to have blue hair for some reason instead of the usual brown or grey.

You decide not to interfere, and walk away... You won't get in trouble for a fight breaking out, if you were never there!

"Hey! I'm not done talking to you!"

"Talking about what? All you were doing was laughing!" You yell back at the redhead.

"ACE!! I SAID STOP!" The blue-haired halfling bellowed. His face had shifted into a very threatening look. He runs up to Ace and holds up his fist, ready to strike, all while cursing.

"Alright! Alright! There's no need to fight. Didn't you say you'd get into trouble?" You yell over the rodent-halfling.

"You're right, Ms. Deuce's Mom would hate to hear that her precious son caused a fight"

*CRACK*

A couple of seconds after Deuce punched him, Ace's nose started bleeding. You handed him some tissues, and decided to take your leave, not wanting the small crowd of people already watching to grow bigger...

Twisted Wonderland Zoo AU-Part 1

You find a job as a zookeeper while you were looking for jobs online... Someplace called: Dire Crowley's Twisted Zoo?

You step inside the entrance to the zoo, along with many other people. And like the other people you look around in awe at your surroundings, usually zoos aren't that well put together BUT THIS, was very impressive. You look for one of the employees and ask for Dire Crowley, which they lead you to immediately.

You knock on the door: "Excuse me, Mr. Crowley? I'm here for the interview as the new zookeep-"

Before you can finish your sentence, a tall man with a crow mask opens the door suddenly... "Yes! Yes! Of course you are!". He clears his throat, quickly shifting to a more professional sounding voice: "Yes, indeed you are, please come in!"

(Time Skip)

"So in all you will be in charge of feeding and noting any problems within the areas of the zoo, and since I am so kind, I'll even bump up your salary to 10 whole dollars an hour!"

You deadpan. There's no way this guy can't pay you more, at least, if the rest of the zoo looks like the entrance. Suddenly, you are reminded of your empty wallet as well as your overdue rent. You sigh and sign the paper, it won't be that bad, right?

"Wonderful! You can start tomorrow, here is a key to the staff lounge! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask your fellow employees!"

Now that you've gotten all of your interview and such done, you decide to explore the zoo as a visitor would. Pulling out the map that had been given to you, you decide to walk into the area called "Heartslabyul".

Twisted Wonderland Zoo AU

I've had this idea for a while now, but I got inspire to write it by the creators: yanderecrazysie and merakiui! I know that there are different kinds of all of these animals (Ex: Some parrots can "talk" and others can't), and they usually live in certain environments, but just pretend it all makes sense!

Also, referring to them all as beast-men sounds a bit weird, so I'm going to call them "halflings".

I'll make the map more detailed later!

Heartslabyul

Riddle Rosehearts- Hedgehog I decided to make him a Hedgehog since there are many instances where he seems to like them, also I thought that the prickly exterior combined with cuteness fit him.

Trey Clover- Rabbit Rabbits usually have good teeth, an advanced sense of taste, and a love for sweets. So obviously this is like Trey.

Cater Diamond- Parrot You already know why... these guys love to sing, talk, and seeing themselves in the mirror, but in my experience they can be a bit shy and don't like constant attention (I think many people can prove me wrong though, have you seen the parrots on social media?!).

Deuce Spade- Lemming This rodent looks pretty threatening and also screeches at enemies, these enemies often being bigger than the lemming itself.

Ace Trappola- Rooster I didn't even realize this could be a crude joke (calling him a d*ck) until after I decided this, but it's funny either way because just like a rooster he is loud, has red on top of their head (hair/comb), and only becomes nicer to people that they know.

Savanaclaw

Leona Kingscholar- Lion I think this is pretty obvious, but in this scenario he tries to stay away from his pride (near the hyena dens).

Ruggie Bucchi- Hyena This is obvious as well, in this scenario male hyenas are treated really badly (just like in real life clans).

Jack Howl- Arctic Wolf I made him an Arctic Wolf specifically because he has white hair.

Octavinelle

Azul Ashengrotto- Common Octopus You know I had to do this...

Jade Leech- Moray Eel This ones obvious

Floyd Leech- Moray Eel This ones obvious

Scarabia

Kalim Al-Asim- Garter Snake These guys are pretty chill, they are shy towards humans but social in their own environments.

Jamil Viper- Coral Snake I thought that it fit the the rhyme: "Red and Black, is safe for Jack. Red and Yellow, will kill a fellow". These snakes can have all three colors, but I guess you'll have to find out which one Jamil is.

Pomfiore

Vil Schoenheit- Peacock I think that this would be the best fit for him because of the symbols in Pomfiore and his overall attitude.

Rook Hunt- Rook This one is a little on the nose, but I think this fits his curious/"sociable" nature.

Epel Felmier- Tuffed Titmouse Yeah, I just just write that... The birds get a bit agitated with other ones, and the look of it just reminds me of him. He feels embarrassed about his species name though.

Ignihyde

Idia Shroud- Gila Monster These reptiles spend most of their time in burrows and aren't very sociable.

Ortho Shroud- Gila Monster Like his brother, he is a reptile that only comes out in the afternoons or nights.

Diasomnia

Malleus Draconia- Komodo Dragon Komodo Dragons have a venomous spit and are very large, solitary, lizards! They are feared by many people because they are known to dig up graves, if they get hungry enough.

Lilia Vanrouge- Fruit Bat Fruit bats are very social creatures and love to eat you guessed it fruit! (This is in reference to Lilia's card where he drinks fruit juice.)

Silver Vanrouge- White Tiger Tigers usually spend most of their day sleeping, and they look very beautiful (Silver is called pretty by Vil at one point)!

Sebek Zigvolt- Crocodile Crocodiles are very territorial over their space and other crocodiles they care about. They can also be very loud if necessary.

Apothecary Diaries-McDonald's AU-Part 2

These are some terms that are listed in this chapter:

Front of House: Customer's area of restaurant i.e: Dining area, bathrooms, etc. (Back of house would be: kitchen, offices, etc.)

Emulsify: The combination of two liquids that usually wouldn't go together. This word is usually used when making mayonnaise or sauces, but can be a baking term. (Example of this is: Oil and Water)

Maomao quickly decides that she has to leave the kitchen, but not before taste testing a cookie...

"Ugh!" She is quickly reminded of her dislike towards sweet things, and leaves the kitchen with the container of cookies in tow, while muttering about the texture being too raw.

Unbeknownst to her, right as she walks out of the swinging doors, a purple haired main enters, turns, and looks at her. After a second, the man turns back to the kitchen, spotting the table where some left over cookie crumbs lay.

"Gaoshun?" The man calls out.

"Yes, Sir?" Another replies...

"Can you ask every employee to meet in the front of the house?"

"Yes, of course."

(About half an hour later)

Everyone sat at the tables of the dining area, some nervous, some whispering about something. Maomao sat with Xiaolan at their own table, only half listening to her talking about how someone connected to the owner was here...

"Alright... First I'd like to thank you all for joining me here, I would like to discu-"... looking up, Maomao saw a purple haired woman, (or was it a man?), speaking about the new issue with the cookies.

"Oh crap," Maomao thought to herself, "they must have found out about what I took as well!"

"And with that, you can all go now..." The man finishes.

Maomao tries to get up as well, but the man, "Jinshi was it?" decided otherwise...

"So what I'm hearing is that the cookies taste raw because of the egg yolk?", Jinshi asked.

"Yes, the extra egg yolk emulsifies and causes the raw-like texture in the middle. If you included more butter or even other substitutions, it would cause the cookies to taste and even look better." Maomao stated, her voice gradually sounding more invested in the science behind the creation of the baked good. Jinshi has a surprised look on his face, "How could she tell the exact ingredients?"...

"So you know a lot about cooking, right?" Jinshi asks...

"Damn!" Maomao thought...she didn't mean to ramble for so long.

"Well, I just took a cooking class in high school, I don't know that much about cooking-" She starts.

"Right..." Jinshi nods, not believing a word she said.
