Rinse the mushroom in water and cut it into 4 pieces. For the paste take (2 tbsp. mustard seeds, 1 tomato (chopped), 5-6 cloves of garlic, 2 green chilli,and water). Grind it well and make a smooth paste. Heat the pan add the paste, mushroom, 2tbsp. mustard oil, 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder and salt. Mix all ingredients and cover it. Cook it in a low flame for about 25 to 30 minutes. Now"Mushroom mustard gravy" is ready to serve. Garnish it with chopped coriander and green chilli.
