flight rising headcanon: every year during Rockbreaker's, there's an event for earth hatchlings to find the biggest and shiniest geode they can find. teams are allowed, since not every dragon has claws or paws capable of digging deep into the earth to look for geodes. Adult dragons help the little ones practice their natural earth magic to look for their prizes. The geodes that are turned in are ranked in so many different ways; mineral, hardness, luster, pattern, to ensure lots of winners and fun for the hatchlings. The winners get to have their geodes put on display in a museum overseen by a group of Guardian dragons.
