"firefly is badly written, shes just a love interest for the mc" is NOT the feminist take you think it is. female characters need arcs outside of romance, and when women are written as just love interests, that should be called out as bad writing. BUT THATS NOT FIREFLY. fireflys love for the mc is ONE aspect of her character. the MAJORITY of her character, arc, storyline, and extra content (animations/trailer) are centered around HER. her disability, her trauma, her desire for life. the trailblazer is in the last THREE seconds of her trailer, after 2 heartbreaking minutes all about HER and HER LIFE and what SHE WANTS.

having a love interest does not automatically INVALIDATE a female character. a female character WANTING that romance arc does not automatically make her a badly written character. firefly has spent her entire life a soldier, a weapon. god FORBID she wants something soft and kind for herself. god forbid she goes on a date.

So I'm currently in my HSR brainrot phase cause of the new planet but my playlist for the past few weeks have consisted of Persona

Thanks to that I present y'all with a new project that I'll hopefully be able to finish: Astral Rebellion

Basically I'll be drawing fusions of the Phantom Thieves with the Astral Express and Stellaron Hunters because they give me dopamine and some of them have a lot of similarities, surprisingly
