A small thing I will always appreciate is when TMNT not only acknowledges Raph as the strongest of the turtles, but also reinforces it in subtle (and understandable) ways.

2012 Raph, for example, was often the turtle who did much of the “heavy lifting” even in the background.

When Donnie’s was struggling to open the doors to his lab, he called on Raph for assistance.

When Donnie also wanted to take a Kraang-droid back to study, it was Raph who helped him drag the robot back.

And, if the turtles ever need to bring in extra weapons to a fight, Raph is often the turtle that carries them.

It’s a nice, little way to acknowledge Raph’s strength (and his brother’s trust in said strength) without having to put him into a fight.

the thing about crossover ships is that sometimes you’ve barely absorbed one of the characters media. So sometimes, when writing fics, you just have to wing it with the characterization
