Ask yourself: what’s good about this moment right now? Is the sun out? Can you hear birds? Are you drinking coffee? Can you smell freshly cut grass? Is your bed soft and warm? These little things are oh so precious and yet seem so arbitrary.

fun fact if you wholeheartedly hate little kids then i do not trust you
a little kid i knew gave me a little blue car that he really liked and i tried giving it back to him but he got really upset because he thought i deserved a car too and he had more. it was literally one of his favorites but the fact that i didnt have a toy car really upset him.
i still have it and it is going to stay with me till i fucking die
the unending potential of children for empathy, kindness and love is amazing
