• eat your vegetables. not for the sake of skinniness but for the sake of your colon health. lack of fiber in ration increases chances of colon cancer and you don't want cancer up your ass.

• also, do your best to get enough protein from food and not shakes or bars. they have too much of additional shit you don't need and not enough protein

• make sure your clothes is not compressing you too much. no tight bra, no tight belt etc (unless you're prescribed for compression clothes). bloodstream shouldn't be restricted

• be careful with hickeys/bites on your neck because if done with too much strength, you could get a clot up your bloodstream which is dangerous
