it’s okay to feel worn-out in recovery. you’re not going to feel like giving 100% into recovery all the time. it’s okay to just sit where you’re at to catch your breath.
this is not wasted time. time spent healing and growing and letting yourself feel all the things is never wasted.
you are not a disappointment for not being able to make everyone happy. that’s not your purpose, pleasing everyone. your purpose is far more than that and you are your own priority. your happiness and your health are priorities.
