Hi, A Short PSA !!!! If I write a mega-long reply, please don't feel obligated to match me! I tend to write with what I can work with myself so my lengths are varying also! You could get 10 paragraphs here, and then the next moment get 3 or 5-- who really knows, Right? So please, please don't feel obligated to match me when I get excited and write a brick wall. My queue has run up and im in ims trying to plot with a few people until I can get some replies done, but I wanted to make sure no one felt nervous w my interactions-- i always feel a lil insecure about how much i write and my writing in general so I wanted to let everyone know iâm flexible ~

[ . . . ]  Clarinetists donât really get the girls either, do they? Saxophonists like to pretend they do, though, I remember that much. I was only in public school for like a year before going out to California but I distinctly remember one saxophonist thinking he was hot shit because he could play Careless Whisper. [brows raise when Xav compares him to a baby kitten when  it comes to how easily he can be read] Shows what you know then, huh? Maybe Iâm just letting you think you can read me.Dude, Iâm obviously pulling your leg, here. [Deryl said with a grin, shoving his shoulder] I get what youâre saying â Iâve always just had a rough time with it, yâknow? I just⊠seize up, sometimes. Either that or I babble. None of itâs good.
('a quick snort filled him after the careless whisper comment) So are you trying to call me out ? I'm going to be a professional snake charmer definitely and the only song they respond to will be the one and only, Legendary Careless whisper-- If it doesn't happen, My Whole life as a musician has been a lie. ('he spoke rather passionately despite his own joke before letting out a stiff laugh in response, rolling his eyes.) Dude, You just sound like a fake Enigma. ('giving the other a look of annoyance as he'd shoved him over , clicking his tongue in a grumpy fashion at having been teased at that joke-- but he obviously didn't have a bit of anger settling in within him.) Anyway, Go ahead and wait, your payback will be me-- hotwiring the electronics and everyone will think its a power outage . . .Nope! It's just me buying time so I put a Huge Sign over the front of The Thinking Cup: "Have you seen this man?! He's VERY Lonely. . . Only you can help. Please call--" (He was crumbling into laughter before he could finish his own sentence.)
*feels nothing* mmm, donât like that *feels something but like, too much* mmm not a fan of that either

[ . . . ]Â âI must have made you uncomfortable,â she tries a stiff smile, pulls away from him and blinks her tired eyes. âThanks for taking care of me.â
In this same moment, By the (Laughing) Might of God, Her eyes were opening-- parting and gazing into his own. He should have just shoved her in that moment and pretend like he wasn't there but he only stiffened in his spot-- Paused, red-handed with her head between his grasp and his eyebrows furrowed immediately. Dramatically his fingers released from the sides of her head and in that same moment, she was moving away from him. It was 4-times the embarrassment, and the reason why was that both of them were embarrassed and they were feeling each other's second-hand embarrassment. Possibly the worst of equations if you really thought about it.
Xzavier sat up a little straight in his seat before quietly tightening his eyes such as if to relieve the fatigue that was building behind his eyes with careful precision before he was looking in the opposite direction with a slightly distressed expression. Couldn't he just have a simple train-ride? A ride home and then he could go into his dorm with his pets and sleep, never to speak to another human? Was that too much of wishful thinking? Possibly. . . Â He finally let out a slow and deep sigh that he had been attempting to hold in his lungs as not to distress the other-- and why was he thinking about her when he was the one who was wronged here? Right? Right.
Looking up at the illuminated locators at the top, he waited-- Two more stops. . . Two more stops . . . He just had to remind himself that and he'd be able to make it home without anymore embarrassment. He was blocking out any other discernable thoughts from entering into his mind. He didn't want part of the embarrassment that was poking him in the side-- annoyingly, tugging at his sleeves.
She was speaking again and he had to fight the urge to groan once more-- not because she had said anything wrong, she was apologizing like any human would-- but because he was trying to block out that he was embarrassed; his cheeks were definitely filled with a rubescent colour-- tips of his ears glowing with the familiar colour as well as he kept his eye contact sparce. "Don't mention it, Ma'am." A simple response as he finally got to his stop and rose to his feet, offering her a weak grin and bowing his head as he quickly filed off of the train with a sigh of relief to have been able to stay safe for now.
His feet began to take him to the next destination, quietly cursing himself that he didn't just become the social reclusive hermit crab that he always wanted to be because he always seemed to get pulled into these embarrassing moments whenever he left the house. Did he ever learn? Apparently not.

[ . . . ]Â âthe river sounds nice actually. and if itâs too late to go to your grandparents i always have my spare bedroom. thereâs no use in waking them up.â he doesnât quite feel like socializing. âi can help you close up too, if you want. iâm an expert sweeper.â his light tone drops, and a sincerity crosses his face. âyouâre a good friend jinsoo, thank you for doing this for me. and for not making me feel like such a loser about it.â
He offered a small, tight-lipped grin in response to his words, the dimples setting in on either sides of his mouth. Xzavier's always been rather . . . Awkward . . . To say the least, he quietly eyed him with a silent sigh before he was seemingly attempting to push his feelings down and give him a grin. He looked away, seeing the other attempting to dab at the wetness around his eyes-- he would think that if you were crying and trying to clean up, the last thing you wanted were eyes boring into you as you did it.
Xav let himself be put to use as he went around making sure everything was in its place and there were no records that were left out on top of a display or anything silly like that-- people did the oddest things after all. He offered a small grin once more, less tightened this time and a bit more relaxed without the stiff tension building behind it. Â
A quiet laugh fell from his lips and he was looking around his duster to make sure things were within a decent level of things. "Yeah, We usually don't need to sweep, but if you're the best sweeper around-- I can't necessarily tell you no; our floors with appreciate you." He let a laugh free before he was going a quick dust off things. Pointing in the direction of where the cleaning supplies were locked away in. "try to go where I've been cause I'd have to put more dust down when you have already swept there."
He slightly paused to the other's sudden comment, lowering his eyes in thought as he did. After just seconds of contemplating how to respond, he shrugged loosely, "Don't mention it." He said so nonchalantly in response-- he wasn't exactly sure how to deal with those type of words and he was sure he shouldn't say too much or too little and so he settled with that.
At this point, with speedy feet-- he had made his way over to the other side of the place and tidied it-- going to gather the trashes up and combine them all so he could take it out in the back. He didn't need to normally do all of this work-- but They'd just so happened to choose a night where he did. "Dyou bring your car today? Or should we go to the subway?" He questioned after placing the large bag of garbage beside him to let him shovel in the dust he'd collected following him. "Oh, If you want to-- I doubt my uncle would mind if we went and took something from the fridge too, so when I take this out; you can go take a look and then we'll head out."

I hope your Autumn days are filled with chills, as well as warm cups of tea and sweaters. It's cuddle season after all!" A smile came to her lips at this before she continued speaking once more.
"Our story submission tonight will be themed around Halloween, Of Course, and we'll be taking in these submissions and calls throughout the weeks up until the night of Halloween. Don't worry! [ . . . ] â no, but now that youâve put it in my head, i just might implement that rule. no fun, no entry. but that would take all of my own fun of talking to people away, so⊠i might need to put a loophole in there somewhere, â he chuckled, a hand motioning behind him to the fully stocked bar.  â what can i get you? on the house. â  a rare treat for anyone; drinks were a serious moneymaker in his bar given that he trained his staff to know everything under the sun and then some.
A breathy, light-hearted laugh left her as her eyes fell to the other side of the room in a feigned sense of disbelief-- she was amused. "So you can't come in unless you're having fun, hm?" a chuckle laughed at this, "What would be the grounds of finding out who is fun and who isn't?" She let herself rest her elbow to the bartop, a palm resting to the curve of her jaw as she somewhat playfully challenged this idea. "Humor me." A smile came across her lips as her eyebrows bounced to the words in response. She'd heard of different clubs doing things at certain times to keep the club's ratio even and to make sure that there were 'attractive' people inside-- It was all business but in short, it was interesting.
A chuckle passed her once more at the loophole in question, "I think i'm pretty boring though, Do you think the security has to escort me out after I enjoy my drink?" Â She let out another chuckle, her grin widening to a smile now before inhaling slowly as she leaned back into her chair, pondering over the thoughts. In reality, she hadn't drank in a while, And she could admit this was a scene that she was unfamiliar in-- But that was her play, she didn't want to show her cluelessness and she decided she'd continue to play it up, till the very end.Â
Honorable, really-- The dedication that was going into things, but she liked to learn and it was a learning experience. "Hmm . . . You seem like a person who might have fun reading people." her head slightly tilts upon this to one side, eyes quietly dancing over the other's figure. "What do you think would fit me? I'll be interested in it. It is 'On the house' As you say anyway-- So I'm giving you the freedom to do so." a pause, eyebrows raising the same as her shoulder's "Suprise me."
A pause stilled between them, and it was obvious that she was out of her element, but was still attempting to seem like she wasn't. "So, If I'm not being kicked out of here for looking like a complete party-pooper, then what is the reason I was summoned?" A question, patient with smoothed words, The other seemed like an amiable individual and so if he was choosing her from a crowd to try and be friendly with-- wouldn't it make more sense to choose someone with a much more welcoming vibe coming from them?Â
On countless occasions, she was told that she had resting bitch face and repeatedly people would ask her if she was mad at them or what did they did wrong. Nothing really. Her face was just Like That. Areum didn't detest the idea of someone wanting to genuinely talk to her, in fact, it was something that had her feeling happy and she felt a little more at ease than she had moments earlier-- but the main fact in hand was that she didn't understand. Why her?

[ . . . ] âAnd stop apologising. Just⊠try and pull yourself together.â He continued, tone ever so slightly less sharp than before. That was about as close to nice as he got these days. Still some distance from friendly, but nowhere near as hostile. âTrust me, Iâve seen far worse that this. But seriously, if youâre going to be ill again let me know. Iâm serious: no throwing up on the leather.â
Her eyes slowly lowered in an almost shameful fashion, The words the other spoke were true and she agreed with them. The man afront her seemed to be a hard and serious one and she let the tips of her fingertips press together idly as she slowly squirmed under his words. He was rough and callous before to the fleeting grasps of her memory, but still-- She could tell that despite the tightened edges of his words, there was a lingering sort of warmth behind them. Was he trying to comfort her in somehow? Â
Her eyes slowly rose from the crumbled pile that her hands had resulted to within her lap-- quietly gazing upon him with an almost searching sort of expression as the tears that were brimming the edges to her eyes had collected, leaving her with a glassy gaze. He seemed like a man who would become defensive if she was to thank him and so she swallowed the gratitude that was bubbling within her chest over his attempt to speak to her with hostility taken down some levels.
She swallowed around the next round of tears that had already begun stinging her eyes in response to this. It was a tidal wave when people administered some sort of kindness to you when you felt the lowest. A quiet sniffle left her as she quietly wiped at the glistening upon her cheeks-- the wet upon her eyes and tried to let her mind focus, She couldn't say that she was necessarily sober yet, but after some time of sitting and (Previously emptying her stomach of any contents) She was beginning to be able to piece together details.
The other's face, for example, She'd have to repay him. A mental checklist within her mind-- but of course, in her intoxication, she couldn't think of much further than the need to repay the kindness where it was due. She quietly rustled through her bag and wondered how much cash it was that she had on her, Â only to find there wasn't much-- not enough that she felt was enough to give any gratitude, would he wait for her to go to her room and get something before he left? Probably not. . . Taxi drivers definitely had busy schedules and she was taking much of his time . . . He probably only had let her do this far because the meter was ticking up her price more and more.
A silence had passed amongst them as she let herself ponder on how she could repay him, lost in thought whilst nursing a pounding headache that while the rest had faded-- this remains. "A-a-.. Ajusshi. . ." She whispered, voice tapering and breaking off at the ends, her voice still clinging to the residue of the cry that had occurred prior. "D-. . ." she hesitated, wondering if it was rude to ask-- "Do you have any Pain Medication?", She gazed upon him through the front mirror to the rear, watching his face for any changes or signs of annoyance.
It was too dark to see where they were-- but to the point where the lights of the city seemed to fade, she had gathered that she possibly was getting closer and nearer to her destination. There wasn't much that a farm girl could offer a city man-- of which she assumed from the clean, fresh shaven smell that was leaving him and attacking her within the back of the car. Rich people probably wanted a new taxi? A new watch? She couldn't afford those things naturally and a soft sigh exhaled through her before a quiet whimper left her and she quietly brought hands to her head in pain to respond to this sudden aching of her scalp.

[ . . . ]Â [` for the first time Eunji was lost and upset she thought sheâd never not know what to do - but thats the joys of motherhood. ] I just need help.
('There was a gentle sympathy she felt for the other, she seemed like she was shattered over this incident, and she couldn't tell if it was simply just THAT serious of a sickness or if she was just a worried, doting mother, who just needed to hear 'It's going to be Okay.' -- She didn't want to say those words until she knew that for herself. The distress of this woman was apparent in all ways and so she tried to keep her own self-composed so that she could help her in the best ways that she could.) Â Stomach flu? ('she echoed softly before humming, it was difficult because sometimes it could be food poisoning all the way up to influenza-- the only way to tell were small differences and the overall time span of the sickness.)Â
I can give you some medicine to keep diarrhea down if she has any-- and possibly something that helps with nausea--? ('she paused before going from around the counter to go and pull off a few bottles and inspect them before giving the ones that she thinks that would help most before returning to the opposite side of the counter to stand with her.) One second . . . ('she paused, reaching over the counter with her pen in hand and gathering some sticky notes. Narrating what she wrote) Don't feed her heavy foods, Buy things like popsicles and tea which will be light on her stomach while she's fighting the virus in her. Â ('her hand continued to scribble once more as she let a lingering hum fill her lungs-- pondering on what else she was forgetting) Oh-- light soups as well! You don't wanna agitate her stomach or making her bum hurt either.
Sometimes, vomiting isn't bad-- the body is trying to rid of the virus in its own way, but make sure that you are watching for if its too many times and if its simply just because she's eating or not; if this is the case, it just might be too heavy for her stomach. ('she continued to explain, gazing to the other's eyes as she explained before returning her view to paper.) The less serious of these can be food poisoning or the 24-hour flu which she'll just need to rest and drink up, work her way through it. ('there was a pause as she moved her hand to write below it. ('If it persists longer than a week that means she might have influenza and she'll need a shot, BUT-- sometimes waiting it out a day you'll see it was just her stomach working out some food that didn't sit well. ('she looked back up to the other carefully to see how she was taking this information as it was possibly a lot, but she wanted to keep her well informed.) If you see blood in her vomit or stool, her fever is over 40 Celsius, or she seems to be dehydrated. You will need to take her to the hospital. -- But At most times, it's just a simple virus from food and it takes a day or so to pass through.

[ . . . ]    They arenât quite friends, Ha eun doesnât feel so fortunate as to count herself that yet, but perhaps their business relationship is the most gracious of all that Ha eun has developed of late. Spare very few. She finds herself braced carefully for the door to open, minutes ticking down until itâs time. The lights in the room are low, no other appointments would show, and her boss wouldnât interrupt them  âș they never did  âș so Ha eun gazed blankly at her reflection in the ring of mirrors as she waits.
Areum wasn't so sure why she felt such sort of anxiety going into practice each time, it wasn't like it was her first or second attendance at this point. She'd begun working with her over some amount of time now and she wasn't sure whether or not it had anything to do with the pure fact of feeling somewhat lacking in the presence of Haeun. There weren't many people that made her feel uncomfortable in her physical skin-- but, Haeun was beautiful in the way she wanted to be and she seemed to be powerful as well; Years of abuse and time had done its number on her.
When she was in her prime, she was strong in gymnastics and had strength in the way she walked. A sort of confidence to her-- but now, she walked less like that. There was confidence, but it was more of a mirror of what she had once been. No longer was it the confidence that blossomed within her gut, but the wilted memories that were lingering within her mind. A tragic understanding that even Areum could recognize and maybe that was the most damaging of facts with all of it considered.
Pushing the doors to the training room, she entered with her gym bag-- placing it in the far right corner; her actions were predictable and this was something that Haeun always suggested that she work on-- but at this point, it felt like her repetition was the only thing keeping her together. She had to change. She quickly hesitated and reached down to grasp her bag handle after the echoing of the words that Haeun had once said to her, that she had become easy to read and that was dangerous in this line of work. She made a point to toss the bag over to the middle instead before sighing slow and deep before turning her head.
"Alright," she spoke heading over to her side. "What's the agenda today?" She offered her thoughtfully, whilst stretching her body. Her movements had become less tight, her flexibility had become easier and she had noticed a strength beginning to form that was different than she had as a teenager. Haeun's training was more controlled and focused on strengthening rather than her skills where it had happened accidentally.
A more honed technique always gave more honed results. A few pops of muscle and bone as she had stretched to one angle and let out a sigh of relief on having done before shaking off any remaining stress or tension that was holding onto her silhouette. "I've been jogging in the morning again like you requested to help with my overall." she added this part in-- and, their relationship was . . . Friendly . . . ? it didn't leave the pounds of this room, but there was somehow a sort of respect between the two that she wasn't used to feeling for quite some time. Areum saw Haeun as the woman she wanted to be, but in all reality-- she didn't know her as well as she thought she could.
