You know in the scene of Harry Potter and the goblet of fire when moody let's the class see the unforgivable curses he chooses to let the spider under the imperio curse land on Draco's head (his father was reiterated in the ministry just because he claimed to be under the influence of imperio), then he called Neville for the crucio curse ( his parents have been tortured by the same spell to insanity) and then he looks straight at Harry when he killed the spider with avada kedavra ( and his parents were killed with the same it)
