Here's a little food for thought

Wouldn't it make better sense for the pony counterparts of the Equestria Girls' Shadow Bolts to be teachers at Twilight's School of Friendship, and for Sunset Shimmer to be a part time teacher there?

Think about it, the rest of the Mane 6 have their own lives outside the school, but by teaching their elements to the Shadow Bolts, the school will be in capable hooves by the end of season 8.

The Young 6 will be personal students of the Mane 6, to ensure reassurance on the respective leaders.

As for Sunset Shimmer, she is a part time teacher because a school is all she's known. But when Twilight ascends to the throne of Equestria, Sunset will take over the Castle of Friendship and be the Guardian of the Mirror to the Human world, where she will go to help solve any remaining magic problems there.

Team Chaotix Headcanons

I picture the Chaotix picking up different side jobs when things are slow in the detective department.

For Vector, I think he'd be either a DJ for a night club or a wrestling coach at a gym. The gym offers free membership to workers. (Plus, any place where lots of people go, you can keep an ear out for potential cases.)

Charmy wouldn't mind working at a flower shop and he'd deliver flowers around the neighborhood. (Vector would tell him to hand out Chaotix business cards while at it.)

Espio was trickier to figure out. But my friend, Micazee, suggested he'd work for G.U.N. I agree, it would give Espio the opportunity to challenge himself and work on his ninjitsu. (That and the pay is decent. Health insurance for the team and all.)
