~When he’s exhausted, he’ll sit on the edge of the bed and just… hold your hand for a minute before lying down.

~He remembers the exact tone of voice you use when you’re pretending you’re fine. The “I’m okay :)” one. The second he hears it, he stops whatever he’s doing and starts paying closer attention.
