soooooo in case you've been wondering where i've been, i've been working on THIS MONSTER of an illustration. i thought this would be quick and easy, but this legitimately took me months, partially because i got distracted by life circumstances.

this is actually a redraw of a piece i did in 2020!

i had just picked up art again and i wanted to draw something for my 20th birthday (especially because i never thought i'd make it that far), so i drew me an a bunch of characters that greatly affected my life from ages 10-20.

so i thought "hey, it would be funny if i redrew this for 2025 since i'm turning 25 and 25 is such an important number to me and..." ...well. this is what ended up happening.

there are 27 characters in my 20th birthday art but my 25th birthday illustration has 60(!) chibis! (including 14 original characters, 3 content creators, and my artsona.)

see how many of my favorite characters from the past 5 years you can name, and here's to another 5 years of hyperfixations!!
