Hi hi! New Anon here, and I read some of your stuff and I have thoughts.
Knock Out somehow learning about Breakdown not finding himself beautiful and takes personal offense to that. He then spends the entire night taking Breakdown apart in front of a mirror, whispering to him how beautiful, cute, and sexy he looks like that.
Another idea is him finding out Breakdowns a complete bottom. Maybe he finds Breakdown’s red false spike in his habsuite and teases him about it later only to get the complete opposite effect and Breakdown becomes so ashamed of himself. Knock Out then spends the rest of the night loving on his partner and showing him that he doesn’t have to be dominant in interface to be strong :3

Now I’m a little confused on what you mean by the first paragraph. Do you mean pull apart in a way that he’s absolutely going to town on him in front of a mirror? Or he’s LITERALLY taking him apart like showing his internals and such? Imma guess the first option but if you meant the second I am wildly fascinated by that.
But if we’re going off the first one, absolutely. He would absolutely take personal offense to that. And honestly, I feel like he’d feel a little guilty. Like, he sure Knockout has an ego larger than the moon itself, but the fact he feels as though he’s neglected Breakdown in some way? He’s absolutely shattered at the thought. So of course he wants to show him how absolutely beautiful he is. I feel like he’d go slow (which is incredibly rare for him), moving down from his mouth all the way to the bottom of him. Eating him out like he’s his last meal.
He’d whisper all these sweet nothings, telling him how he wants no one else but him, no matter what sexual preference he has. He just wish he had knew sooner then things would’ve been so much less awkward. But he would find every sound he makes adorable, especially when he sounds so hesitant or unsure.
THEN. To go off your second idea, I love this. Amazing, classic trope. Breakdown would definitely feel guilty about it, especially since I think he has issues with his own masculinity because of the wreckers and the incident with Silas. But the way you described it as “showing him he doesn’t have to be dominant in interface to be strong,” all I can think about is Knockout being ABSOLUTELY demolished between his thighs.
He wants to be crushed, you can’t tell me otherwise. I mean have you see this man’s legs? HOO mama, that’s a whole bakery down there. And Knockout wants the goods. And poor Breakdown would be so worried about hurting him or scratching his paint, but this is a rare time Knockout wants to be absolutely WRECKED. Thank god he’s the only doctor there, bc it would be hella embarrassing to ask why he has a Breakdown thigh shape in his head LMAO
