quick reminder that you can just do things. you can just decide that you're gonna make a change, that you're gonna take a risk, that you're gonna make an adjustment, or that you're going to try something new. you can be silly or magical anytime you want. you can take a big leap or take your time. . i know the people in power want us to think that any mistake we make is the end of the world, that perfection is the only way to be. but i say: let yourself be messy, silly, whimsical, playful, weird, strange, awkward, human. let yourself try and fail and try again. let yourself be vulnerable. let yourself see what happens. . i'm putting together another mini tarot community container celebrating this very thing, so stay tuned for more (folks on my newsletter list will get first dibs and also info about discounts and special offers — sign up at 3amtarot.ghost.io!). but in the meantime, grab your tarot cards and see what comes up. . fuck perfection. be yourself. let's do this.

grief and wonder can exist at the same time. . yes, i'm beyond horrified that we have a pedophile king (who many american citizens proudly voted for) actively threatening to destroy an entire civilization, and a congress who seems content to let him. and, also, this world has wonder and magic and beauty that no robot can steal, no billionaire can co-opt, no politician can erase. we have each other, and we have the moon, and we have our ability to feel deeply. don't give any of it up. . cry, and scream, and shake, and rage. call your representatives and tell them exactly what you think. donate to causes you believe in. take some risks, and do something that scares you, something that speaks to your values. and, also, look at the moon, and pull some cards, and let yourself feel something.
