for creatures request: how about leafy sea dragons? or perhaps snowflake eels?

I’ve actually wanted to try making a leafy seadragon dragon for Ages but never got around to it so thank you for reminding me!! I might come back to fully finish this one & make his funky frills a lot more dramatic but for now here’s the first version

My new idea is... A fluffy silk moth dragon? :D

hell yeah!! I think these guys are about the size and fluff to actual body ratio of a samoyed dog & I want to hug them so bad

I had so many thoughts about dragon armor that they p much all canceled each other out and here’s a very lightly armored guy

and also I rly liked the idea of a Super Scary Fierce Tiny Noodle living in an abandoned knight’s helmet so a bonus:

it’s that time of the year again, folks!

returned to making digital art after a bit of a [checks notes] nearly two year long break, didn’t post much but mostly just focused on making silly art for fun & drawing all my little dudes again and that was nice

#first one of these I’ve posted that’s needed some sketches to fill it out but it was So Close and I rly wanted to make it work #no idea how many of the pieces I actually posted alone either but I guess you can see them Real Small here #started drawing dragons again in feb & spent july and august drawing blueprints and working on a study of a room for 30something hours #with one intermission to doodle That Bird #this is the digital art version I also did So Many physical projects in different mediums and filled multiple sketchbooks and just kinda #enjoyed making stuff again #theme of the year was focusing on the Make part and not the Thing part. and that was very nice :] would recommend #go play with crayons!!!!!#seriously! everyone go play with crayons! right now! trust me!#I rly love a lot of the stuff in the sketchbooks but I deliberately made them unpostable by drawing on top of like. packing receipts #which I stand by tbh. but it does mean you get Astronaut Fish for january #2025 art summary #art summary #summary of art #summary of art 2025 #2025 summary of art #dragon #artists on tumblr #digital artist #digital art #character design #character art #dragon art #original character #dragons #my art?#my oc art
