how many books are planned in the roots of chaos series? i know of a sequel to adofn about the wild winter, and a book following priory. what else are you thinking of?

Not counting shorter instalments like Among the Burning Flowers (and I am planning to write more of those), it will probably be a total of five: Priory, Night, the Wild Winter book, the Firstblood book, and a direct sequel to Priory.

I will admit that I'm a bit nervous about the Wild Winter book – I really want to write it, because I think it would be great to explore the other side of the coin, when sterren becomes chaotic. We've only seen Ages of Fire so far. But my sense is that readers are more interested in the Firstblood book and the Priory sequel, and each main instalment takes me a long time, so I'm still weighing up what to do. Maybe I could write it after the Firstblood book? I'll keep thinking about it.
