Emotional suppressor: a headmare who feels little to none of their own emotions and so helps suppress other headmates emotions. This can be a protector or persecutor role as the the suppressor does not choose the emotions they suppress, simply suppressing all emotions to seemingly be easier to handle.

Praegressor: a role that falls under Caretaker and/or Internal Protector. This alter specifically helps with the system moving on from past events by avoiding the people that keep them there. Such as checking old blogs or texting exes and the like.
Etymology: the word Praegressor specifically comes from the word Latin word praegressus which means advance, development, evolution. Praegressors help you advance in your life by moving through your past.
The colors of the flag are black representing mourning, white representing power and serenity, blue representing moving forward, and purple representing calmness.

I make all my flags in Canva lmfao. I have a LOT of trouble seeing how to do things in programs like Krita, but with Canva if I want an arrow I don't have to make the arrow I can just select the arrow tool and then size it however I need to! So if you ever have trouble with my flags you can 100% save them, open them in Canva, and copy every single layer that way. But I will almost always include the layers because I am visually impaired myself and trying to make flags without the layers is damn near impossible. However I do manage it while using canva lmfaooooo
There's been like one instance of me using Krita and it's because I COULD NOT get that symbol for the ship gender to look right on canva AT ALL but they had included that symbol as a transparent png so it was pretty easy to get it colored and outlined in Krita without a fuck ton of extra steps. But if you don't have layers I am 100% meticulously figuring out how to do these flags in Canva because I cannot zoom or move things the way I need to that makes sense to my eyes and vision on an art program lmfaoo.
