Amy gets accidentally turned into a hedgehog after everything happens with Nicky (Sonic), Knox (Knuckles), and Miles (Tails).

In the AU Amy has been friends with Nicky, Knox and Miles for years and is one of the first people they tell after getting turned into human-animal hybrids. She and her dad (Wade) are super supportive and stay close with the Wachowskis. She often goes over to their house to just hang out or work on homework while they do home school work. She is incredibly amused by the new height difference between her and all three of the Wachowski kids.

Amy plays croquet and works part time at the Mean Bean. She had a crush on Nicky when they were younger but it has since faded over the years. She has terrible eyesight and wears either glasses or contacts at all times.

Feeling guilty for his part in what happened to Nicky, Knox, and Miles, Stone began to work on genetic experiments in hopes to find a way to get them back to normal. Unfortunately he does these without telling anyone in the same place that he is running a coffee shop. A mix up causes Amy to be given an experiment and doesn’t know it until she wakes up one morning with pink fuzzy ears and the beginnings of quills.

When she gains super strength, Amy swaps her croquet mallet for a new heavier hammer crafted for her by Tails.

Wade doesn't care if she's half hedgehog or giant squid or salamander or raccoon or whatever. Amy is his daughter no matter what. He does his best to support her and fully embraces everything hedgehog as it comes.

hi so i have a really important appointment for a literally life saving surgery i need to have on friday. im currently living a couple hours down south from my surgeon because it was that or be homeless. my mom initially promised to drive me up but has decided to change her mind. im very disabled and just got out of the hospital and am still really unwell and am quite frankly devastated but unfortunately life goes on so now i need to figure out how to get there. it's $77 to get up to phx 1 way and then another $30 to get from the dropoff to the hospital. and then im going to have to pay that to get back too. please im just trying so so so hard not to die right now. moved back to this state specifically for this surgery and if i cant make it to this appointment then the last year of struggling was worth absolutely nothing
