For someone who has experienced their first love is a Toxic relationship, I feel that people should know that physical abvse isn't the only way to describe/write about toxic relationships (ofc I've seen many authors/writers don't write them this way) but there are SOME people out there who view them ONLY this way.

Toxic relationships can also look like this:

Constant guilt tripping, verbal abvse, victimization, manipulation etc.

(Idk why I'm spreading this common information I think I just need a hug bc I am still a little traumatized to start a relationship bc of my previous one that ended 2 years ago..)
