Happy fifth anniversary to our two lovely ladies!
It’s crazy to think that’s been half a decade since these two first joined hands and walked into the spirit world together for the first time. And while that moment marked the end of an incredible animated series, it also marked the beginning of a new journey of love - one that touched the hearts of such a diverse group of people.
As established individuals, Korra and Asami embodied characteristics such as power, bravery, perseverance, intelligence and compassion. As two people who fell in love, their close bond showcased beautiful and organic displays of love and support, even through the darkest of times. And beyond this, they keep finding new and unique ways to connect with us!
It’s incredible to be apart of such an amazing fandom, and I hope this day will be a celebration of Korra and asami - both as individuals and lovers - as well as a celebration of this wonderful community and the bonds that have been formed!
