For future plans, each set will consist of various creators, and the contents might be mixed based on the objects I curate. Sul sul! I had to clean up the garage or Tor was going to strangle me in my sleep.. so I decided to sell some old stuff! Hello! Well, it turns out one year ago today I posted my first custom content.. it was actually a simple texture transfer, something I was very excited to learn.

I remember being so shocked someone downloaded it lol. tbh I'm still shocked anyone downloads anything I make. I'm gonna ramble so for the sake of your screen scrolling, I'll hide it here.

I've brought you today a little gift.. a random hodgepodge of stuff I've converted over the last little while. These are various items from Simdertalia, ATS4, BICO, ERosetta, Syboulette, The Crypt o' Club and zynooz! Also included is the crystal shelf, which I don't recall where I got it.. I've had the package in my S4 downloads for ages and it was literally just named.. Crystal Shelf. If they had recolours, they come merged with them. I gave one custom wood recolour to the crystal shelf in cluedo's blackwood. (didn't do all because I really only made it to decorate Tor's bedroom ^^) All are deco items, including the arch which I REALLY wanted to make functional but ended up backing off the idea.. >_> sorry. reduced textures on BICO's meshes to 512x512. max size for other textures is 1024.

I think the arch and shelf are the highest poly stuff at around 5-6k.

Down A Country Road | Sims 2 Small House Download

I don’t usually build on 2x2 lots because it limits the shape of the exterior of a home, but the next several posts will be a series of lots I built between 2013-2015. 

This first one is a simple country-style home which is probably best suited to being placed way out in the suburbs, or at the end of a country lane. It’s a mash-up between Tudor and Country Farmhouse, which gives it a unique look.

And here’s what it looks like at the back of the home:

But don’t let it’s unassuming exterior demeanor fool you. This country home has plenty of high-end furnishings inside! This home is lightly furnished so you can change the décor to fit your needs.

First floor: This includes a family room, kitchen and dining, bathroom, office nook, and sitting room.

Second floor: Master bedroom with bathroom on-suite, kid’s bathroom, nursery, and 3rd bedroom.

I’ve run it through the Lot Compressor and the Lot Cleaner so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I also added a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 🌟

This home has only one piece of CC. It can easily be replaced or omitted if you don’t want it though.

The bed is a recolour of the Maxis Dreaming of Olde Bed by Goat, you can find that here.

(The bed in my picture also has the white skirt underneth, but I just noticed the rug is clipping over the texture of this lol)

Then the bedside table is from the Wondymoon Europium Bedroom Set converted 4t2 by Pixelry, you can find that here.

👉 Bed Deco Cube got a German translation by @simmazing

👉 In Helpers, tables and chairs setting for servants/helpers now recognize business employees as well, thank you @cityof2morrow for the idea. Also, I uploaded separate files instead of the zip

👉 Fight Can Kill got a few tweaks:

New option to cut down death chances for kids and teens

New traits support: hot headed and mean spirited increase the chance to kill

Fights sometimes reduce comfort, except for robots and plantsims

New possible outcome: may pass out on the floor, if you have sleep_on_floor_enabled mod (either mine, or someone else's)

Another possible outcome: lowered hunger, comfort and energy instead of dying. It happens if the only controllable sim is about to be killed on non-home lot, which prevents the game progress from saving. This way, the sim won't die immediately so that you could go home and save. At home, you can help the sim, or let them surrender to their fate. By the way, vacation homes and hotels your sim stays at are considered home points and are OK to die on. In my testing, dead sim's gravestone was safe there and I was able to take another sim there to collect it

Tweaked some values to make the Lite version lighter, the Mild version milder, and my previous Mild version got promoted to Medium :)

Two More Deco Sims Sets

Here's a 4t2 conversion of Narni's Zombie Apocalypse deco sims. There's seven of them. No recolors. Files are compressed and come with a collection file. You can pick for them to show up in the catalog under deco/misc or just in the collections.

Next up, Ellemant's Motel staff. The carts and sims are separate items. Use 'move_objects on' to place them together. The carts all have one slot on them so put the deco sim down first to make life easier. There's a metal food cloche for you to add to the food cart if you like. The mesh had three template and doing that separate made it down to two. There's no recolors for this set, files are compressed and come with a collection file.
