Honestly, I always think too much about who I was and who I wanna be in the future. Often feeling overwhelmed and sad of who I am right now.
But I never stop to think who I CAN be short term.
And ngl, this drawing made me feel very hopeful and happy <3
Simple things as dressing more colorfully, adding a bit of personality to my things, experimenting with new styles, learning crochet and knitting to make my own clothes… It’s a very nice plan for my right now self ;w;

I’ve been struggling for months (maybe a year) just sitting down and making art. I don’t know if i should call it art block, but I have a lot of ideas to draw. It’s like an immense irrational fear of drawing. It’s unbearable. Has anyone felt the same?
I swear, this movie was my favorite when I was a tween and recently watched it with new eyes and GOD IT WAS SO GOOD! Many things and topics stayed in the back of my head and I just realized it now.
One particular thing is how afraid I was of Blue Jones, because DEAR GOD HE IS SCARY AF- But oh, the realization that IT WAS OSCAR ISAAC ALL THIS TIME- WHAT??!! Now I kinda hate it, because I can’t hate Oscar, I can’t hate a character that has his stupid face even when they’re HORRIBLE people… But anyways… I feel like crap because now I find Blue hot.

A universe where New York is a black and white world. There are no in-betweens... or so it seems... the citizens are used to this strange dictatorship lead by (?) a certain Spiderman villain... Where everyone lives their life as if it were normal to be exploited at work, forced to dress the same way and follow a strict schedule day after day. However, despite this strange dictatorship, the villains do not stop interrupting what seem to be the orderly lives of the worker ants that allow the city to function. Most of the time, they work for someone, but sometimes they just want to make some chaos to have fun.
The Ordinary Spider-Woman is here to save the day!
Billie Andersen is an ordinary woman who works at Alchemax. Nice, generous, kind, and with the dream of working alongside the great geneticists of the company. However, despite being highly trained, she was forced to work as a secretary. Her life would be submerged in days of boredom and routine until she was bitten by a genetically modified spider. The rest is history.
Miguel Octavius O’Hara went from Science Nobel Prize winner to Villain to Anti-Hero?!
Miguel Octavius O'Hara is a renowned geneticist and nuclear physicist, winner of the Nobel Prize in sciences, with multiple master's and doctoral degrees who uses his knowledge as a scientist at Alchemax and as a university professor. Everyone knows him. He's a sweetheart.
However, his life would change completely when one of his experiments failed. A mechanical harness with 4 appendages that resembles the tentacles of an octopus. This machine worked based on an artificial intelligence, which would later corrupt his mind and turn it into a series of diffuse memories and infinite knowledge.
No one knows if it was an accident or a plan created by Alchemax.
Now with the nickname of Doc Ock or Doctor Octopus, Miguel became a supervillain of uncertain intentions.
I realized how much I changed with time when it came to my OCs and stories… When I was much younger, I was proud and hyper-happy to yap to everyone my stories and tell them about my OCs and show them my drawings… Now I can’t help but beat myself up if something looks unfinished or not good enough or “Jeez, this looks rushed”… It’s frustrating to fight against perfectionism and very intense self criticism. Specially when every time I make something I’m proud of, I feel like I’m not good enough when I post it out there… It’s like if now, showing people what I love makes me feel ashamed and scared that they might not like it…
I’m fighting myself to just create. Forget about everyone and just do whatever you want. BE FREE DAMMIT! ENJOY YOUR ART! And well… It’s a bit hard, but I’m gonna try anyways…

I was thinking a lot about opening comissions… Like OCxCannon Comissions? They look like a lot of fun! And I should also continue working on my comic- I left it at the side of my day to day stuff because of this year. Heck, it’s been only 7 months and HOLY MOLY- A lot of stuff has happened in my life that I never expected to happen… But well, here I am!
