The Trial

I finished the trial by franz kafka 2 days ago but it is still haunting me.i zone out frequently and think about it.There are many questions in my mind,many unexplained scenarios in novel for which i personally want an explanation.questions like what happened to the elderly couple in first chapter,who was that person in the window. But maybe that's the brilliance of kafka and his works. They grip you tight , suffocate you. You long for release from their hands but an inexplicable pleasure is felt in your bones and in the end you just accept it the way it is without any regret.
