You don't need to wait until you hit rock bottom (or one of its many sub-basements.)
You don't need to wait until someone grants you permission.
You don't need to wait until you have that degree or get that promotion.
You don't need to wait until you win the lottery, or a long-lost wealthy relative leaves you their estate, or what have you.
You don't have to wait until you're famous.
You don't have to wait until you're older.
You don't have to wait until you graduate.
You don't have to wait until you find The One.
You don't need to wait until you can afford a house.
You don't need to wait until you can travel back in time to when you were younger, or when things were (supposedly) simpler.
You don't need to wait until you're fully healed.
You don't need to wait until someone else forgives you for your mistakes or wrongs.
You don't need to wait until you forgive whoever hurt you, or no longer feel anger towards them.
You don't need to wait until you make the honor roll or the dean's list.
You don't need to wait until you win that award.
You don't need to wait until you get into your first choice college or university.
You don't need to wait until you make the team, or make first chair.
You don't need to wait until you get into a relationship.
You don't need to wait until you move out of your parents' house.
You don't need to wait until everyone else's needs are met, or everyone else is happy.
You don't need to wait, period. The rest of your life begins anytime.
Forgive yourself
🗝️ A key point most people miss 🗝️
You don’t manifest what you want.
You manifest what feels normal to notice.
When something becomes normal in awareness, the mind stops questioning it, and life reflects it.
• “Normal” is not a belief → it’s the absence of reaction
• The less you negotiate, calculate, compare, or dramatize, the more real it becomes
• 3D doesn’t need to change to prove anything — it changes afterward
• Persistence ≠ repeating phrases
Persistence = not returning to the old state
⚓️ THE ANCHOR (use once a day, maximum) ⚓️
“My life is changing even when nothing around me looks different yet.”
Say it once. Without emotion. Without expecting a response.
Without checking the result.
After that: live the day.
Life changes before it seems different.
Always.
You're not expecting it.
You're weaning your body off the feeling of absence.
That's the work.
And it works.
The end.
say it with me. your trauma is valid even if:
the ones who hurt you were/are traumatized individuals.
you are/appear functional.
it was not caused by a romantic partner or family member.
“it could have been avoided”.
no one knows about it.
“it’s not that bad”
other people had it worse.
someone went through the same experience and does not feel debilitated by it.
it occurred a long time ago / you feel just fine now.
the ones who hurt you have apologized.
be gentle with yourself today, folks. feel free to add.

5 Things that Keep us Stuck in Life
1. Believing negative, unproductive and self-defeating thoughts. These include thoughts like “I could never … I’m not good enough to … I don’t deserve to … I’m useless at …”
2. Blaming others. It’s true that other people can have a huge affect on what happens to us, and where we are in life. But we give them too much power if we let them set our course, and see ourselves as victims, and act like we’ve no power.
3. Taking ourselves too seriously. It’s important to work hard and to have integrity – but we also have to laugh and enjoy ourselves as well. Also, decide to let things go, and put up with some mistakes. You’re not a perfect person and, the truth is - that’s OK!
4. Being afraid to take some risks or to live close to the edge. To have an interesting life you must leave your comfort zone and say “yes” to some new chances and opportunities. It will broaden your perspective, reduce anxiety, and provide you with new options and possibilities.
5. Being afraid of change. It doesn’t take much effort to stick with what you know. The unknown can seem daunting as we don’t know where that leads! But we grow as individuals and lead a richer life if we learn to accept changes, instead of being scared.
The Successful Person …
1. Makes time for themselves
2. Takes on new challenges
3. Can take a break from their work
4. Sets realistic goals
5. Perseveres when things are hard
6. Enforces healthy boundaries
7. Doesn’t beat themselves up
8. Doesn’t get bogged down with guilt
9. Thinks of others and their needs
10. Lives a life of gratitude.
7 Daily Reminders
1. My self worth does not depend on what others think and say about me.
2. My self worth does not depend on how I look or what I weigh.
3. My self worth does not depend on my marks or my performance.
4. My self worth does not depend on my number of followers.
5. I am enough just as I am.
6. I can succeed despite a bad day.
7. I am beautiful and valuable – and will treat myself with proper kindness and respect.
